I requested to return a gift due to duplicate presents outside of the 30 days returns policy, they agreed I could return the goods and would provide a credit as an option, so now daughter has 2 different gifts for her 30th (Disney fan), advised how to return goods and it turned out to be the cheapest option so all good, would definitely recommend 24-7 games for value and great customer service
