We paid extra for an “Executive Car” which their website describes as “a BMW 5 series or S Class Mercedes” and a ten year old Toyota people carrier turned up. The driver was a very pleasant driver ( once he accepted my driving tips!!!) but the car was in no way “an executive car”. I immediately complained to 24/7 and they provided a weasel word reply which said that according to the TFL website, a 7 seater people carrier counted as an “executive car”. We all know what an Executive car is and this was clearly not. Very very poor customer service. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOIKD ADVISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN PAYONG FOR SO CALLED UPGRADES.

The driver arrived 30 mins early, and even tho I ran a bit late he waited for. Was very polite and nice, and the ride itself went smoothly and felt very safe.

The costumer service was splendid as well- very responsive and the staff went the extra mile to help, all whilst being extremely nice!

When I need to travel from London to Birmingham, I find multiple taxi companies that can take me to Birmingham at a reasonable fare but I want to share my last experience. Last time, I hired a car from 247 Airport Taxis which was a good experience as per the rates and the overall services. I felt that these guys are providing better cars and services at a comparatively lower price without compromising the quality of the services and cars. The driver was highly trained to provide the best travelling experience with him and was highly informative about the route as well.

I required a taxi to Birmingham Airport. The day before I rang the company to make sure everything was ok and I was assured that they would ring me 5 minutes before being picked up. I did not get that call and waited in the car park for 10 minutes. Fortunately I managed to find someone that could get me to the airport with 10 minutes left to catch my flight. Half way to the airport the taxi driver phoned me to ask where I was. Great shame it didn’t work out as their fare was very competitive, but not much use if they don’t turn up on time.

What I like the most about Birmingham airport taxi service is that this is a taxi with a baby seat of great quality. Every time I book this company, they provide me with the best kind of baby seat with all necessary safety precautions. They do not disturb me or any of the passengers travelling along for any tickets or toll taxes, the drivers pay all the bills throughout the journey and when the journey is over, they will ask for the whole expenses that they made for you during the trip. Second, I personally love the driving skills of the drivers.

These guys were awesome last time when I chose the Birmingham airport taxi. We travelled from Birmingham to Manchester. Before booking a taxi service, we got three estimates and this company was not only the best value but was the fastest to respond. They are amazing in their online services and we do not find any difficulty in booking a ride from them. They gave us the best services along with the best car options in the different price ranges. Where do I start… My Journey From Luton Airport to Wigan was absolutely peaceful, headache free and stress free as 247airporttaxis had taken care of everything for me. Quick simple and easy booking.
