My wife was taken ill during boarding of a flight home. When I rang Airport Specialists Cars they were very understanding and, thanks to a cancellation the next day, were able to accommodate our delayed return.
On arrival at Heathrow, Sandor recognised us from a year ago and was again courteous and efficient, which was very much appreciated after the 24 hours we'd had!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent and really easy. Our driver Jose was fantastic and sent messages on both collection days stating where he was. Our flight home was delayed but this was no problem either. Fantastic all around and will be using this service again.

We had another great experience with them. Booking and confirmation was easy and well organised. Confirmation of driver name, contact number, event details and car registration received the day before going and returning.

Friendly and helpful driver (David) arrived early and car was perfect size for the extra luggage we had. We will definitely use again for airport runs.

Very easy and professional bookings service, even when our flights changed it was no problem for them to be updated and change times and days from the original ones that I booked. Great communication from company and the driver. On time and friendly driver. Took the worry out of parking and driving after a long journey. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for future bookings

I got the date of my departure wrong and had to alter the date just the day before. My embarrassment was quite high but the gentleman in the office put me at ease.
Both journeys to the airport ran dead on time. The drivers were polite and very helpful, particularly with my travelling companion who used “a walker”. I have used this company for a long time and will continue to to do so.

I have used Airport Specialist Cars many times now and will continue to do so. My most recent experience was the same as the others. Very reliable, punctual, polite driver. Takes the stress out of the whole ‘Getting to the airport’ Would highly recommend
