CHARGES ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SERVICES YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR AND DOES NOT SHOW UP

If you are looking for transportation to and from the airport to the cruise port, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use 24/7 Ride transportation out of Los Angeles. Do your research (I did not look deeply into them as most reviews on their website were good, lesson learned😒) I booked 3 legs of transportation with them. Upon arrival at LAX, the driver was there and everything "seemed" to go smoothly with the first leg.
The second leg, We were scheduled to be picked up at (9:30 a.m.) at our hotel and taken to the cruise port. Payment was made online the night before. We were ready and waiting at 9:15 a.m. and waiting and waiting. I called multiple times including the driver we had the day before. I would only receive a message that changes or cancelations were to be made online. I was never able to physically speak to a person. At 10:30 a.m, we finally had to call another service provider to get us to our cruise port.
I emailed them as instructed in the VM you receive when you call the 888-700-1222 number listed on the website, asking for a refund of the $75 I was charged for their NO SHOW. After we were picked up by another service, it was then they responded with a copy of my 1st leg reservation as if they were telling me they provided the service. I responded with a screenshot of the 2nd leg reservation and asked them to review their records. They were a No Show and I expected a refund. It was then that 24/7 ride responded with the itemized list of ADDITIONAL charges they tacked on to my first reservation. The driver was apparently early for my RESERVED 12:30 p.m. time so they charged an additional $1.50 per minute for the driver being 27 minutes early and I hadn't even picked up my luggage yet!!! In addition, they charged me for "excess duration" fees! (whatever that is) for a total of $62.50 of additional charges!!!
There was ZERO traffic, they had the all the information needed to determine the time of travel, I never requested early pick up, in fact, I intentionally scheduled 12:30 to allow time for luggage pick up and on top of all of this they NEVER acknowledged that they did not show up for a scheduled and paid reservation, just argumentative responses of "you signed the contract" basically stating that they can charge what they want and if you if you try to dispute it, you'll be charged $50 by the credit card company.
This company is a SCAM and I highly recommend finding another transportation service
