I paid to watch the met gala at the weekend. I logged in and there was no racing, only a view of the boat house. When I asked why, I was told that they were not covering time trials. I immediately requested a refund as this was all I purchased the item for. Three emails later, I still have no response or refund for an unused, unfit for purpose, purchase.

I had this service since it came on line! Never figured it was illegally run by 2 brothers. So now I'm out my 55 bucks....It was great while it lasted. I'm now with ZUZZ.TV....About the same rate but essentially the same deal where you're able to switch back and forth between the games that are all playing at the same time.

It would appear the website was seized by the Department of Homeland Security. STAY AWAY! I'm not sure what happened, it used to work fine though had issues with buffering and was delayed but now it's totally offline.

Don't purchase this service. I had to pay for it so I could use it. When I didn't like the service, they refused to give me my money back. I am in the process of filing many complaints. I'm hoping my credit card company will give me my money back.

Every time I watch something on ESPN there is about a 30-second audio delay on the video. I have reported it several times and have never seen it fixed. I'm getting very tired of trying to watch a game on ESPN when the audio never matches what is going on.
My son experienced the same thing and he was told there was a source encryption error on ESPN feed and was directed to a UK ESPN feed that worked just fine. I didn't know about it until 4th quarter of KANSAS-BYU game. The entire local ESPN feed was painful.

Anytime I have a question about this service whether asking what channel something is on or how to make something work, the people in customer service and the chat are awesome. Today I was there and Gary took care of me in seconds!!!
