Ripoff
If I could comment with giving no stars I would have. Totally fraudulent misleading presentation. I ordered a 50% off promotion that appeared to be a different service provider and after submitting my payment it brought me to 247 streamtv. The service is not compatible with my smart tv. I have done the online chat and emailed the billing and support departments with no resolution. They tout a 7 day money back guarantee on their website but have so far ignored my request for my money back. Mind you this transaction was only 2 days ago. I will report this to my credit card Company as a dispute due to fraudulent practices. I have the emails and unending text correspondence. The customer support phone number that is listed here on Trust Pilot is “unreachable”. I called another phone number listed on 247 streamtv and it went to voicemail with no response following. Go figure.
Update: October 22,2024….I still have NOT received my refund. Tired of begging for my money back.

As with others not a great experience.
As with others, it wasn't until I had purchased their service that I find out it doesn't work with my particular streaming device or smart TV, without buying a box. Another charge. Their app for Android is horrible. Spent over an hour trying to get that deleted off my phone.
Then they wouldn't cancel the subscription and refund my money. Never even used their service. Because I couldn't. Was told they weren't required to refund me. Excuse me?
Just another niche platform that is out to get millions of people to subscribe and pay 50 bucks. Making millions, for a service that should be free. Funny, TV was able to amass a fortune broadcasting to the airwaves. Yet now every second of information is charged for. Absurd really.
Edit: No thanks. 🤣. LoL, now you offer a free box.
IE: you know that A.) your system doesn't work with everything as you stated, and B.) a poor review is worth 39.99 to you. Wow.
Be forewarned people, not a reputable company.

Easy setup on iPhone. Complicated set up on Samsung SmartTV. Roberto was great in the chat - got it to work. Here's a tip - complicated passwords with symbols can be problematic.

Great streamer with lots of channels
This is my second year with 247tvstream. Its a great streamer with lots of channels and good support. They have a schedule that gives you all the channel events happening around the world.

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Doesn’t work as advertised. Very manual clunky most things wouldn’t play. The live chat bot asked which channels I wanted to watch and they would set me up manually. When I watch dozens of football games and baseball games and other things I cannot manually set up each channel. Very difficult user interface. I canceled it after 60 minutes. They wouldn’t let me cancel so I canceled the transaction through my bank.

I have been a subscriber for many years…
I have been a subscriber for many years without any problems. Recently IPTV changed their access methods and the whole system has tanked. I'm unable to access any content on any platform, their chatline just issues boiler plate responses to queries without any attempt to resolve issues. I'm cancelling my subscription.

This company is dishonest and…
This company is dishonest and misleading in thier claims to happily offer a refund within seven days.. They would not honor a refund within less than an hour of purchase, once I realized that it was not what i was expecting. I thought i was purchasing an app drivien service to see on Roku for nfl games., but it only works on tablets cell phones, certain smart TV's but not Roku.
After multiple chats and e mails to their billing dept.. they continue to deny my refund request.

Not compatible with my TV, paid for service and live chat took all my information. Then got off sent to a different person. Was told no refund, never used service. Now someone out there has my email and address/phone#.
