Very communicative and fair on price. My windows were c.20 years old and in a tired condition but the guys sorted them out and now they’re fully sealed and good as new. Did the job very quickly and were extremely thoughtful and respectful throughout. Highly recommend and I’m happy with the service.

Mark was an absolute lifesaver. My very large metal tilt & pivot window broke just two days before Christmas and turned out to be a much bigger job than expected — the entire mechanism had gone.
Mark came out the same day I contacted him to inspect the issue and, importantly, made the window safe so there was no risk of it blowing out four floors to the ground. A couple of days later the window was fully fixed at a very reasonable, fixed price — everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises.
This was a tough job and Mark really knows his windows. After speaking to several other companies, the difference was night and day. Don’t waste your time phoning around other companies — just book Mark.

Mark has done a wonderful job on my door. It is an old door and keeps on slipping and he has gone out of his way to fix it and show me how I can prevent it slipping again (thereby saving me money!). He is an absolute professional and I highly recommend his services.

Mark provided an indicative quote by phone and a full quote when he visited the premises. He replaced the window on the same day.

Mark as great, he came just to give me a quote after the internal part of my double glazing just shattered. He came in and said even if I don’t use him he would make the glass safe before leaving as it could shatter and send glass everywhere. My dog liked him and so I knew. He came back fixed the new glass and swept up every last piece of glass. I cannot rate him high enough and I hope I never have to repair any more windows but if I do I will definitely use him.

We had an emergency at home (broken window on the ground floor level) and we could not leave the house alone. Contacted them Monday morning (really early!) and they replied straight away. Not only they fixed the broken window the SAME DAY but up to a great standard. It now looks even better! Price was really competitive. Cant praise them enough.
