My window was fixed very quickly and professionally, they cleared up afterwards and I was very happy with the reasonable price and the job done.

We had our glass door replaced. They were quite fast and efficient initially however we quickly realised that the job that had been carried out was extremely poor. The quality of the glass used is very thin and allows cold air to come through. It forms condensation (it is the only door panel that does) every morning and every evening. When I asked Mark to replace it, he ignored my messages for a long time. He even tu ally came and replaced the door but it’s the same poor quality as the last one. I would not use his company again. It is a waste of money.

Mark is very personable and helpful. I contacted him by phone and he was very responsive to give an initial quote and when he came today he was able to do the job within the same day at a lesser price than originally quoted. He also kindly helped remove a hinge off a broken washing machine door which was completely unrelated to the window that needed fixing!
