Gave an excellent review originally and that still stands. Had to contact them today for a re written invoice (not that there was anything wrong with the first one) the insurance company supposedly couldn't make out a number. Mark was so helpful and got me one done right away. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Absolute legend.

Quick same day service to replace a window and even helped me take off a doorframe to move some furniture about when I was moving in. Went above and beyond and was a massive help. Highly recommend.

I needed to get a glass panel above my bedroom door fixed so I called up and enquired about prices. I was quoted a brilliant price, cheaper than all other companies I called and the job was done excellenty.

We needed some windows replaced found someone local . We were very lucky he was efficient, turned up on time got the job done perfectly and well within the price , excellent service workmanship and all reasonable price leaving everything looking amazing, we would highly recommend this service, and definitely use him again.

Mark did a fantastic job sourcing discontinued patterned glass to replace a broken pane in a sash window. The service was very speedy, professional & friendly. Thoroughly recommended!

This is the best glazers around, hes 100% reliable and his work is immaculate.

Personally it’s experience I never want again I was quoted for two windows £290 and then when the man came to fix the sash cords he said my windows was not single glass but double glaze this is true then makes this a problem then calls his boss to inform him of this and talking to his boss who now wants £580 for repair of two sash windows ,,, because they are not single glass but double glaze meaning the windows are heavier ,,,, funny thing was the man who came to fix them only had one sash cord in his tool box

Great customer service from Mark who did neat fitting job to replace my cracked window all while communicating on whatsapp. It was an emergency as had to go away and didn't have time for any other quotes . Mark respected all the times which was important . Has rained yet but hopefully window will hold up ! Thanks Mark

Mark arrived on time and was very transparent about what needed to be done and how much it'd cost. Came back an hour later with the new windows and had the job done very quickly, would recommend!

Best service provided came on New year's Eve and completed repair price was great compared to every other companies on site quotation would recommend to anyone.

I used these guys in 2020. Great response time and turned up when they said they would so it was a good start. Changed the glazing in my window but after they left, I felt quite ripped off. I'd been quoted £120 by another local glazier which I think was fair as it was a simple job, but they had a long wait time so I called 24h Glazing. These guys gave me a big story about how complicated the job was, it would take a long time etc. Since they were on site and I wanted the job done, I reluctantly agreed to their £300 quote. In the end, they were in and out within 30 mins (so it wasn't complicated at all) The finish wasn't particularly tidy, they left smeared sealant and broken glass for me to clean up. Can't help but think if my husband had been at home, the negotiations would have been different. The bank transfer was to one of their girlfriend's accounts which seemed a bit dodgy. I've read other reviews where people have been happy with the price so perhaps they just take advantage when they have a soft target. Having said all of this, the glazing is still in place over a year later so no issues there.
