I have not received my items, nearly £400. My order showed up on their website and with Shop when I tried to track and it has now disappeared. Going on my account it is now showing I have not ordered anything. I am starting up a complaint as paid on credit card. There is no contact number .
Great I recommend!! shipping was 4 days though but they ship from london so it was fast.
I recommend, i read the other reviews but i never had any problems. I’ve been ordering for 2 years now from them, support is great, once i received something else, they offered me a replacement and refund. Great service.

The order will place, money will be deducted, order confirmation sent and yet you will never receive your products. All email addresses in social media and on the order confirmation are different and they get bounce backs if you try to contact them. Do not purchase from them.

You should be able to give 0 stars. Do not buy from this company they do not deliver the products. Have a cheek to ask for a review!! Review for what exactly!! I can give you a review for BAD customer service not replying to emails and NOT delivering the products I purchased how’s that for a review , well you asked!!
Don't buy fro. this store, its a scam! I bought Soft Pinch Liquid Blush Mini by Rare Beauty & paid £12 express delivery charge to recieve it by 13th Aug...its now 14th Aug & not yet arrived. I needed it by 15th Aug. I used their contact details & I got a bounce back email that they don't exist!
