We booked our holiday in January and have been with 2c before, we paid the full amount in the 3rd week of July as asked. The holiday started from the 5th of September for 5days. A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with kidney cancer, the hospital got me in for a big operation end of august, and no way could we make the holiday. We asked 2c if they could defer it to a later date all though we knew we were probably to late.we were not interested in the money back, just try and book a later date for us....I told them about the cancer situation but they were not interested in helping us out........Thankyou 2c holidays for your utter contempt in helping somebody out with a life threatening disease........disgusting and shameful..

Had a great stay at the California Cliff holiday park. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The facilites were clean and very well organised. The caravan itself was exactly as advertised and checkin was easy. Would recommend the park to anyone wishing to visit great yarmouth beach. All immenities were local and easily accessible. Will visit again soon

Have used 2cholidays numerous times over the past ten years and never had a problem. You get what’s written on the tin. Providing you’ve played your part you normally get a £50 voucher off your next visit. Highly recommended

In all fairness I have stayed with this company a few times and not had issues however on this occasion at Manor Park Hunstanton it has been appalling.
I have come on a 2 day break with my 2 children and on arrival the mattress in the double bedroom stunk of urine (obviously couldn’t be slept in) when I contacted 2c holidays they said they’d send a cleaner out.
They have sent a cleaner out and apparently “they is nothing wrong with the mattress” and they changed the mattress protector that wasn’t waterproof in the first place so obviously its not made any difference.
So for the 2 nights I couldn’t stay in the bed of course.
I was advised to turn to mattress over or use a topper, so therefore we was left in the smell of somebody else’s urine.
I felt not listened too and it was and still is unbelievable to be honest.
They told me they have done their check list and they is nothing else they can do all because their cleaners (hazels cleaning) said “ they is nothing wrong with it”
It was clearly not inspected properly.
This is a heath and safety hazard and I have 2 young children with me

They was a pull out bed we could stay on which dipped in the middle and wasn’t comfy at all.
Finally to add to this around the bottom of the shower was mouldy and wasn’t clean and they also admitted they don’t change the mattress protecters after every stay either which to me is disgusting alone.

I have never felt so dissatisfied in a service and how 2c dealt with this matter.

The caravans are lovely and clean, on the phone very polite and friendly and sort you out quickly

Great communication and information in respect of my booking. All relevant contact details provided if I had any issues in respect of my stay albeit I didn't need them during my stay, a great company to deal with, will definitely be booking direct with them in future.

Lovely caravan park, extremely clean. So close to the beach its amazing. Stayed in various caravans on the park and never been disappointed

We stayed in Hunstanton on a small site. Caravan was a lovely base for a week by the sea. Everything you need for a home from home. Close to the beach and walkable to all amusements. Contact from company was clear and relevant.

Easy to book and great communication from 2cholidays.
Caravan was lovely, modern, comfortable and spacious.
Very well equipped with everything you needed, particularly the kitchen.

Grandchildren looking forward to a break by river in Marina Oulton, arrived only to be totally gutted! Had to go home leaving Grandad there as we had responsibility for chalet for a week and it’s not very secure. Grandson has autism and Granddaughter has asthma she stepped inside and began to cough had to leave and use her pump, the chalet smells worse than a dump run. Spoke to Emma about smell, carpet stains, cobwebs inside and out, large part of kitchen work surface missing (she acknowledged knowing about this when they took on chalet to rent) said it gets sprayed with anti bac when cleaned! We paid £30 extra to let dog stay, what a joke as carpets too dirty for her to walk on, who knows what all the stains are! Obviously not heard of stain remover 😂 today is Sunday 26th Emma sent long email saying how sorry it’s not up to our standard! Us and 99 percent of the population, have spoken on phone to Emma and let them know on arrival, almost begged on phone for refund to book another holiday stay or if she could find clean alternative but she said many families been happy there, hard to believe I imagine they get stuck as too far to travel back home. No consideration that our boy is autistic with all that brings. So Sunday and we are at home with Grandad stuck in chalet, truly cannot afford to re book as this was best part of a thousand lucky we live near as Autistic Grandson won’t go far in car so we chose here as park seemed so quiet for him and peaceful. He sobbed Friday night when he tried to sleep at home. Gutted does not cut it! Will update this again and I have piccys! Beware booking I am home cannot remember number to avoid right now but it’s Marina Oulton Broad, lovely site but we were extremely unlucky and expectations not met, not fit for purpose

Had a lovely stay in clacton, caravan was clean and comfortable had every thing we needed . The park it was in was great loved the pool and the bikes you could hire. All the information needed to access the caravan arrived and was very clear to follow ,it did take us a while to locate the key safe so maybe that could be included in the checkin information . we had a lovely short break and would defiantly go again .

Very modern caravan with everything you need and more. Spotlessly clean with really comfy beds. Lots of outdoor space and seating, our little dog was more than happy. Will definitely be booking again.

Excellent value for a short break in Hunstanton. The caravan was easy to find, the site quiet and not too busy probably due to being outside school holidays. The caravan itself had everything you would need. It was very clean and tidy. A joy to stay in.

Fantastic stay in Lowestoft. Accommodation was clean and well equipped. The 2cHoliday staff were friendly, helpful and responsive from cleaners to administrative staff couldn't do enough.
The cost was extremely good. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
