I was told today (7.22.20) that even though the website quoted me that I can move one dining table for $236 when I received a phone call from them they said any item under 7 items is $1500. To move a dining table 1/2 hour from my house. I quickly blocked them.

Scam, got everything from limo services to movers and tons of other phone calls and emails.

Awful company. Selling your info to all possible moving companies in your ares. They do not provide any particular services. Just taking your info so they can "match" you with a company. What really happens, that you are getting into limbo of ridiculous amount of random calls from people that asking you same questions, that you've already answered to 2movers.
So what is a point of this company?
Looking for moving services? Avoid these scumbags at all cost.

Do not use this company. When I called, some racist idiot named Martina said she was surprised that I spelled Jennifer "normally" because my last name is so ethnic. Really, I have one of the most common last names in the latinx community, which is the new majority minority - educate yourself moron. The company they outsourced to called to cancel their movers after they were two and a half hours late for a three hour job. They later called me to reschedule for the next day. I booked other movers for three days later, and said let me try them out and see how it goes... They came on time, but said they did not want to move me because I live in a walk-up, and they just finished another job and was really tired. No one called me to apologize. I called two movers to complain about their partners - I got the ignorant racist, and she said she never heard of the moving company.

Yep. It’s all true! 2 movers IS NOT the way! Don’t provide them with ANYTHING. I just spoke to someone last week and at least 3 other moving companies have called me. Thankfully I never gave them an email address. Someone text me asking for one. I reported it as a scam. DONT DONT DONT do it people. I was quoted $1,971. Who asks u is this the price u are looking for? Who does that?? I said no I was hoping for $1500. He put me on hold and immediately came back with a quote of $1563....no questions asked. Who does that?? NO ONE. Don’t do it!!!!

Scam. Avoid this website at all costs. They try to steal your email and phone number before providing a quote. Total scam, hope they go to jail.

There's a guy named Carlos in the Los Angeles area. I was simply trying to get a quote and he was revealing his insecure competitive energy in the moving industry. I get that it is a tough time right now during the pandemic. But you can't be shitting on customers for wanting to go elsewhere. He tried to make it seem like he was helping me but truthfully was lashing out because he was butt hurt that I expressed that I was going to go somewhere else to get movers. My guy kept talking over me and making me feel like s*** for going a different way. "Movers that are giving you that cheap of price are probably fresh out of jail...I promise you they're dong this and doing that..." I'm very glad I'm sticking with the guys I'm already with. Who are cheaper, professional, and certified with average to better reviews online. Stay safe and stay kind out there.

I have NEVER in my life had a worse experience!!!! I’ve been in management for over 25 yrs. and know how important communication is. Obviously, this company DOES NOT once they run your debit card. It’s a long story, but worth the read if you want to save yourself a lot of time and money!!!!!!!
On Wednesday, 04/29/20 beginning at 10:30AM I TALKED TO Emilio- I explained to him that my Daddy & my aunt had both passed away working the past week and I needed to move my mom by tomorrow afternoon. Was that doable? He assured me they could move my moms tiny, 1 br apt on the next day, gave me a quote and ran my debit card for the $250 deposit & said “that he’d call me back thisn afternoon with a time to meet him there tomorrow”. After not hearing back from him or anyone else by 6:00PM, I called them and was told on 5 different occasions (ONLY because I called them because I still didn’t have a pick up time), throughout a 13 hour Time Span, that “someone will call you back ASAP”.
Since it’s now Thursday at 7:00AM, it’s move day, AND I STILL hadn’t gotten a call, a text and email or anything, I called again, the original salesman, Emelio, answers and tells me “hey, sorry I didn’t call back YESTERDAY”. I told him “I’ve never dealt with this type of Company and he knew I had people waiting on me to tell them a time to leave Atlanta to meet his movers in Milledgeville (2 hrs away)”. He said, “so you want to cancel the move or what?” I was very upset by this point and he told me “you aren’t gonna talk to me like that”. I got even more upset and told him “all I asked for was a little courtesy & communication and a time estimate so we would make sure we were there to meet them!” He said, “fine, we’ll leave in 15 minutes”. I really got upset then because as I’ve repeatedly said, I’m COMIIMG FROM ATLANTA I cannot be there in fifteen minutes. He hollered, I’m coming from Smyrna. “I said “Wow!!! Why didn’t you say that to start with? When I googled this business it said their address was a Milledgeville address”. He then asked, “ok so what time do you want them there?” I said “I was told by Lauren, in the call center last night, during one of my 4 calls that “I” had to make, that “I would be the afternoon move which was usually anywhere from 1:00 - 4:00. That is what Time I have now told everyone else involved in this move To be there”. He hung up on me as I was telling him this. I called him back and as soon as I said my name, he said, “your move is cancelled”. When I asked about my $250 deposit, he said “I already did your refund”. And then went on to tell me “that he did me a favor by scheduling my move at the last minute because they stay booked up with moves for two months in advance and he fit me in”. NONE of that was EVER mentioned to me when he was assuring me he could do the move almost 24 hrs. Earlier AND COLLECTING the $250. Needless to say I’m now stuck with finding people to help me move my mom out of her apartment by this afternoon because it is the last day of the month. I’m sorry we didn’t plan on my daddy passing away last Sunday, Emilio and us having to move or I would’ve called two months in advance as well. But HE AND EVERYONE ELSE AT THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS CAN REST ASSURED, I’LL NEVER, EVER “BOTHER” THEM AGAIN!!!! ID WALK FROM MILLEDGEVILLE TO ATLANTA, WITH HER BELONGINGS IN A WHEEL BARREL FIRST! 😡

this is a rip off. They are not movers. There is not 2 movers and a truck for $69 an hr. They send your info to movers and and you get lots of emails you do not want and the price they have ion the internet is a scam. Do not call or use them .

2Movers does NOT provide moving service. They broadcast your phone number and email address to a list of movers. The movers who then called me did not have the information on house size or moving start/destination points I had entered at 2Movers.

Tried calling and they said they didn't have anyone available to give me a quote without telling me how long it would be before I would receive a call back. I waited 40 minutes before calling them back for a quote and the guy said it would be 2 hours since they were checking to see if they had movers in the area. I asked if they were a moving company or if they subcontracted and he kept cutting me off. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I called back expecting someone else but it was the same man who then said all the managers are in a meeting and they since I'm not trying to actually use them (I was) there was nothing he could do so he hung up on me again. Horrible customer service!

SPAM I wanted a calculator, but I guess I signed up to be contacted by every mover on the east coast. 20 emails 50 phone calls, and 30 texts over the course of a couple of weeks. absolutely trash experience.
