same as everyone else. Ordered and paid for 2 (3) one free. Got charged for three, but was lucky to get a refund after a while, and they shipped the additional bottles of skin cell. They advertise it would work after a couple of days, NOTHING!!!! for both me and my husband. Our tags have not shrunk at all. Now way out of the 30 day guarantee, because we had to wait for refund of extra charge. Do yourself a fovour, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Doesn't work

This out fit A Scam ,just took money from my acct did not reorder , made me feel so old and stupid and so upset that I lost $322 . I have changed my card number so they are unable to take anymore out

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered Skincell from what I thought was the authentic Skincell website.
Overcharged me and didn't deliver product. When I complained via chat they said they would send it again. No surprise I never received that either!

I order 5 bottles of Keto complete , 60 tablets per bottle, from there site , received 30 tablet bottles, I contacted them and they first said only 1 tablet per day , instead of 2 tablet as bottle says , then next they said it's new package, that's how they sell them now , I explained who buys half monthly supplements, and the site and order shows 60 tablets per bottle, their reply was : I apologise and sorry for the confusion ! What a joke no confusion, just a fraudulent site .

Be careful this is a scam. They process your payment and don't deliver the products. They just keep stringing you along with empty promises that they're reshipping the products. They also refuse to process a refund unless you return the products which you never receive.

Scam, I didn’t receive my parcel and they debited my card twice without permission and they can’t tell me where they delivered to. SCAM pls don’t use!

I ordered Apple keto gumming from their website it stated that
He charges would be in Aus $ , have been charged in US$. The product is absolute rubbish might as well just drink apple cider vinegar, then received an e ail to advise my next order was on its way!! strange another order was not placed by me, I sent an email to cancell any further deliveries from this company. Yesterday 6/03/23 surprise surprise another shipment from this company arrived by post this time my credit card was debited in Aus$. I havemailed them no response so far, have called them on their customer support number in London no response. Just the biggest bunch of frauds
Never again will I purchase online.

IT REALLY IS A SCAM - SKINCELL.
They sold SkinCell on the basis that within 8 hours skin tags fall off. Being a reaslist we allowed 11 days - but still nothing. No change or impact. They told me despite the 30 day money back guarantee - no hassle - they would honour their product. Well now I have asked for a refund they say we are outside the 30 day ORDER period - I originally was told it was 30 day delivery period.

Scam sent me one bottle then 3 weeks later withdrew funds again no email reply will be reported to police fraud.

Ordered keto gummies November 2022..got charged for 5 bottles but I only ordered 3...got a email rom Jenni to say my order is out for delivery.Tracking number did not worķ and up to today never received anything from them...BIG SCAM!!!!

I ordered Go Keto gummies end of Dec 2022 and have still not received it.

SCAM, ordered what I thought was one bottle, got charged for 5!! In Mid January Then a couple of days later the international transaction fee, have returned the goods unopened over a month ago, cost a small fortune to return them on 11th Feb and now they won't return my emails and my chat has been disabled, very professional- Not!. So disappointed in myself for falling for this scam, am willing to take it further, have nothing to loose and fake companies like this should pay.

In October 2022, I ordered keto gummies with an Australian company but received 2 bottles from the UK. Jenni from Live Chat assured me that I should keep products for 1/2 the price or information for return & refund would be forwarded to my email address.
This has not happened. Live Chat is now disabled!

I ordered advanced Skincel 8 Nov 22 via 360Nutrients. Thought I ordered 1 bottle got 5.Paid over 300 dollars without realising. Crap product. My visa debited again today for 321 dollars? 5 months later. SCAM. I had a live chat today with them and they said I had ticked to refill the order in the future, I rang my Bank have cancelled my Visa to avoid further fraud. Have appt with Police Fraud division to follow through. Misled and broke by this company. Karma will follow them. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS

I can't believe I got scammed too. 😡 Never received my skin cell. Received keto gummies. They want me to send back at my expense. I live on the other side of the world, before I get refund. Now I've been told I will get 50% refund and keep gummies I don't want the stupid gummies I wanted skin cell. And now a FULL refund. How can this place still be operating and ripping people off😡😡 so frustrating Im out of pocket alot of money.

I ordered a product on the 20th January.They overcharged me for the product then the following day charged another $47.84 nz from my credit card. I have emailed them on 5 occasions No reply. Tracking number no longer valid and no reply to the contact Manchester number given or the live chat. This is a scam and I will contact the Auckland police . Don't make my mistake!

This is totally fraud, have asked for my refund but haven't received yet.
