This company is a total scam - ordered in December still no product - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY- Make sure you spread the word about this Fraudulent Business

If there's a zero rating, I would give it. I made an order on 4Feb which I have yet to receive. Immediately after on the same day, I was debited for unauthorized amount. Tried using the live chat - non responsive and cannot have access at all even when trying to call the line directly. I managed to dispute the claim for 4Feb with my bank and lo behold another unauthorized charge on 17Feb . It's a mistake which I totally regretted and by the looks of it, if it repeats again - I may have to cancel my credit card.

2 and a half month I have been tracking my order, no response from email, just cant seem to get my product, would not recommend purchasing this as it seem like a hoax purchase. Who can help me track my order purchased in December 2022?

After cancelling my order by telephone & 19 emails later I have just received a full refund- $398.89. I had cancelled my Visa Card after I found the one bottle I ordered for $39 became $411.00 for 5-6 bottles. As suggested by my Bank, I forwarded all emails to their Card Disputes section. This experience has consumed time that only a retired person has.....luckily I didn't need to use the address below.. My advice? Don't give up.

I know there are lots of bad reviews in here but this company is not a scam and their skincell product works. I had a similar experience. I ordered 1 bottle and received and charged for 5. I was upset and cancelled my credit card but was too late as the charges already went through so logged in to the company web site and was able to chat with the company sales Rep and I explained that ordered 1 bottle and was charged for 5. The sales Rep was very helpful and I was refunded for 4 bottles, charged for 1 and kept the remaining 4. Now going back to the product, it really does work on removing skin tags with no pain or scars but it does take LONG time (few weeks) and you definitely need more than one bottle. Good luck.

DO NOT ORDER. They take money out of your account as a subcription refill. You can not contact them to enquire. Very dodgy ! Not to mention the product does not work!

Absolutely horrible service. Using Oprah Winfrey to market the product. not sure if she is even aware of this. I placed an order on 11 Jan 2023 ... to this date haven't received my order. Today i received another email telling me that the refill package that I subscribed for is ready and will be shipped to me and a further amount will be taken out of my account. I didn't subscribe for now refill order. When I asked about my initial order, I was told that the package was lost in transit and a new order will be dispatched to me which is on them. I'm absolutely frustrated.

Says 30day satisfaction guarantee- I attempted to chat with customer service, then they went on about what to eat on a Keto diet, I’ve been keto for 6months+. Basically implying I’m taking the Keto gummies wrong. Then when I asked for a refund they closed the chat. I then spoke to someone else that was a tad better. I asked for their terms and conditions, which they sent me a link to the homepage. They then said the terms and conditions come when you place an order! How ridiculous. Surely that’s not legal. Then! 30day back guarantee is from when you place the order! It look 2 weeks delivery for me, so what, then I try it for a week!? When I wouldn’t even know if it was working yet. Just appalling

All same as above Bought product for $100 and $220 appeared on credit card .allthough was done on Australian site they neglected to add that it was usdollars .even in US dollars still overcharged me$65.
Good never received anyway and when enquired was told it must have been list in transit. Offered me a refund which still at this date has not arrived . All the bad stuff about internet purchasing

Absolute SCAMMERS. My wife bought a trial pack from them, but instead they set the payment up as recurring monthly. Wife contacted them and cancelled the order. They said to return the unwanted order and they would refund her. She returned the order and paid the freight to England, (supposedly). Goods have been delivered to the address they supplied, and guess what, no refund.

This is a scam. once you query the excessive overcharges they go silent

Shocking service. They charge you extra for so called "express delivery" yet a month after ordering the product it is still not even in the country with no shipping updates available for 2 weeks. Their customer service is rude and blatantly refuse to cancel the order despite them not delivering.

I have sent my concerns to the SFO - Serious Fraud Office of NZ and have threatened them with the above
They had refunded me my full amount and then withdrew it again.
I contacted them again this morning and waiting for the refund which they promised to pay in full.
They are scammers and I suggest you report them to a fraud office of your country

Thought I was ordering 1 bottle and ended up with a bill for 5! Tried to get them to adjust the order but they ignored my email. They just sent a confirmation of delivery 3 days later.
This is a complete scam organisation and they should be locked up!

Tried to order 1 bottle and then the website added 5 more and charged me way more. However, the order did finally arrived. You can start the RMA return process to get your money back which I'm going to do.

I would give a zero if i could. My order was in NZ$ so i thort when advert says Christchurch NZ. To find its made in china and charged usa $.

I got scammed too in New Zealand. Ordered one bottle of a skin product @ $38.90 and they charged me $199.00 for five bottles! But it was US$199.00 = NZ$320.14! I spoke to their so-called customer service chat line and told them I only ordered one bottle and if they couldn't do that I wanted to cancel the order but they said they couldn't. Offered me 30% then 50% discount which I refused. I told them clearly I did not want the product and wanted a full credit. Phoned my bank ASB and they cancelled my card straight away. I'm pleased that they did as I see from this site that some people have been charged again. In my case a parcel actually arrived with five bottles of a clear liquid which I sent back to the return address requesting a full credit plus refund of the postage.

Like everyone here , I was scammed . I opted for buy 3 receive 2 free for what I was lead to believe was $39 Australian dollars per bottle . Once my payment went though I was charged $350 for what I lead to believe would be $117 also was charged for six bottles. Luckily I caught the reorder part of their scam before they drained more money from my account .
