DAMN, I just now read these reviews I can't believe I fell for this! I WAS SCAMMED. Going to ensure my credit card is not used by them again.

Good day…I’ve got a serious scam to report…22 Jan I’m done a online order with 360 Nutrients…They charge me R3539.99 & send me this so called ref: #SURWVLZ delivery HTL…

360 advertise 3 bottle + Bonus 2 bottles free…R680pbottle = R2040 They overcharge me with 2 bottles = R1499.99. I’m also sent several emails immediately but zip no respond…Their shipping policy say 5 working days & now we run over 15 working days.

My research now about this product also Fake…Over this period I sent more than 7 emails but no respond…Please refund I want my money back.
Disgusting a so called 1st world Country, will rather expect it from South Africa…

This is a SCAM. I ordered 3 bottles as a one off - but they keep sending me more product and charging me. They promise to cancel my order and refund my money but I'm still receiving product and losing money. I will have to cancel my credit card. Hugely annoying.

Absolute scam. Does not work and they charge you for more products than originally stated.

It's a complete scam. My order has been in German since 17 January. They will not refund. The emails are unanswered. They 'processed a new order' with a DHL tracking number. Its still in limbo. DO NOT buy their product you will be scammed.

I would actually give this so-called company a minus review score if I was able to.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM 360 NUTRIENTS - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I placed an order on 16th January 2023 and have had subsequent ineffective communications with their "Live Chat" representatives. I was sent a tracking number (supposedly from DHL Logistics - in Germany?) and when I contacted DHL in Australia was told that this wasn't the format of tracking numbers that they use.
I have attempted again to touch base with 360 Nutrients and a representative has asked me to supply all my details again as this will enable my order to be delivered in a timely manner. I didn't respond to that email.
360 Nutients also place you on a "rolling order" which means that they apparently send you more goods (which in fact they don't) and continue to take the money out of your credit card, debit card or bank account as they wish.
This has led to the inconvenience of having to cancel my debit card to stop this shonkie company from getting their hands on any more of my hard-earned money. I have also reported this to my banks fraudulent transaction department for follow up. I can only hope that this "company" can be looked into before too many more people are scammed.

I too wish I had read the ratings under trustpilot first as I too have been scammed. I tried to order some skin advance but instead I got charged for something else completely and what was supposed to be $38.00 was then charged at x5 at a total of $318.75 No response from this company regarding my complaint and request for refund.

I also wish I read this website before. I got scammed as well. I ordered in December. Apparently my parcel is still on route. Luckily I changed my card number as I received an email today to say that I am opted in for a refill which I never asked for. How do we stop this website??? Has anyone received their parcel??

Gosh wish I'd seen this before I did exactly the same as you all did. Ordered 1 bottle but they charged me for 5 and it came out to be NZ $325!!! Phoned them as live chat wasn't replying. Said they'd cancel my order, give me a refund and would send an email to confirm everything. Nope, nothing! Time to let the Police know I think. Please - everyone from New Zealand - take the time to make a complaint online to the Serious Fraud Office. The only way we can stop this is to make complaints, and hopefully they will contact the Metropolitan Police in the UK! WHAT A SCAM

Order some keto gummies, buy 3 get 2 free, over charged me gave a bit of a refund never recieved gummies. Said they will resend order did not happen. Now my emails dont get answered and there agents dont reply

Ordered $40 of product and got confirmation email saying the order was $200. Then checked my bank account and found it was $USD so $313 had gone. Contacted 360 Nutrients by both phone and Chat and both "agents" said they'd made a refund and I'd get an email confirmation....still waiting. Westpac was good....cancelled my card at 6.30am on a Sunday and they're going to do a fraud investigation. Thanks to everyone who has done a review....just wish I'd investigated before ordering.

They implemented an auto renew i never agreed to, and also charged me double the price on the original purchase. Absolute scam

My dad got scammed just like everyone else. Got charged for another transaction that was not authorized. The live chat is useless, they said we signed up for repeat orders which we did not and told us to ship back the products to get 50% refund. Exactly the same as what everyone else has been saying. The bank can’t do anything about it as they believed it’s not a scam 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ someone please shut down their website!!

Another scammed customer. Overcharged, no contact, no delivery, no response to request for delivery or refund. Notified bank who will try to assist if no response after 10 days which is looming.

Bought the Skincell Advanced online from 360 Nutrients after I saw a pop up post. I usually am always skeptical of these ads but this one picqued my interest. After doing what I thought was thorough research on the product, reading articles about it and being careful to buy it from the "Official website" I stupidly bought a bottle. Waste of time! Not only was it expensive but it did absolutely nothing. The reviews of it working within hours is a scam! After requesting a refund on the live chat I was told that was not possible as I had opened the bottle so I sent an email to customer services and got a refund form to complete. However, I was dissatisfied again after finding out it would cost over $65NZD to return the product on a tracked courier as requested. DO NOT BUY - WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! :(

I was over charged for 3 bottles of gummies bear my first time buying.

I wish there was an option for zero stars, biggest scam ever, i ordered the special of buy 3 get 2 bottles for free, they deducted money from my account for 5 bottles, R3475, and they processed it as a repeat order. Luckily i phoned my bank and they also advised me about the repeat transaction otherwise i wouldn't of known until it was too late. DO NOT PURCHASE this item. BIG SCAM !!!!!!!
I've had to cancel my Bank Card, hope the bank will be able to reverse my money successfully :-(
