Fabulous service for a London extend refurb. Great attention to detail and fabulous after service- would thoroughly recommend Kosta and his team

My wife and I used 3buildconstruction to refurbish a 3 bed flat, a 3 month project.
Walls were removed, floors and ceilings replaced, new bathroom and kitchen installed. Wiring was replaced and extensive plumbing done.
The job involved architects, residents’ board and building control approval.
3buildconstruction were excellent. Kosta kept us informed of issues, made helpful suggestions and found solutions to problems.
The work was done to schedule. There were only compliments from neighbours.
Workmanship was first class.
We highly recommend 3Buildconstruction.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. I had an other project with another builder 3 years ago and the experience was horrible. With 3 Build it's like night and day, Mitch was on site everyday from beginning to end, he help us resolved many issues as he has a vast experience of building work. He is honest and very very very professional. He has a vast knowledge of how to do things not just for passing building control but also to do the thing right for longevity and SECURITY. His advices were like gold. Will definitely work with them again and I'm even ready to wait for them to be available because they don't take many projects, they focus on one at a time as they are 3 supervisors.

Having had a lot of experience from previous renovation projects with other firms, I can honestly say that 3 Build Construction is an exceptional company and I would recommend them to anyone.
Everyone I talk to or show the house to can’t believe that the team managed to completely refurbish and deconvert our grade 2 listed townhouse from two neglected flats to a gorgeous family home in 6 months (and within our budget).
The process has been an absolute delight and I will really miss working with 3 Build Construction and Kosta in particular now that the project is finished.

Shoddy workmanship and left without finishing job they were paid for! Have had to repay other builders to finish job and rectify all errors, both flat roofs had significant leaks etc!

3build are the most incredible builders they brought our dream home to life all before I was due to give birth. Their workmanship and attention to detail was incredible! I completely trusted Mitch and Kosta to deliver and they did just that and more! They became like family and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! 1.5 years on their work is still perfect. The work carried out was a single storey side extension and loft conversion with a full internal refit of the house – the speed they did was and the support they gave was outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend 3build you will not be disappointed! We were so sad to see them go but we are left with a house we can call home!

We appointed 3build to carry out a full renovation on our house including new loft, rear & side extension. throughout the build we received nothing but the best & professional approach from all staff involved, including having the great benefit of having one of the directors overseeing the project onsite from the start, right through to completion. The project was delivered on time & within budget, whilst also completing additional works requested throughout the project duration. I would highly recommend 3Build for any project, big or small, as they have the right team to deliver. We will definitely be using 3Build again in the future should the need arise

These are really amazing builders, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a big extension, it was complex with digging down, underpinning, etc. They were fantastic. The quality of their work, their costs, their attitude, their way of keeping out very grumpy neighbours happy. It was a really good experience. I have never been able to say that about building work that I have had done in the past.
2 years on the work still looks amazing.

As a female I can honestly say that the whole team at 3 Build Construction were true gentlemen. They guided us throughout the process and really treated our home as their own. It was wonderful to have builders that really took pride in their work and wanted everything to be perfect whilst, of course listening to our requirements. Throughout the process the team were organised and clean and tidy which, given the whole place was a complete building site was pretty impressive. We couldn't recommend 3 Build Construction more. We have done a loft conversion, extension and full refurbishment of an Edwardian house with them. Firstly, we couldn't believe how efficient the team were in getting the job done in 5 months. Secondly, they treated the home as if it were their own, no detail was too small, they involved us in every decision, and they delivered incredible quality of craftsmanship.
