Brilliant and professional service from Luke, such a lovely guy, nothing is too much!

Luke has been working on our property since we’ve bought it recently. He has went above and beyond doing work he doesn’t usually do, seeking advice and carrying out that work to an excellent finish and superb quality. He’s been to hand whenever we have needed him and we couldn’t have asked for better. He’s been VERY reasonable with cost and has helped us with keeping to budget more than our other contractors. We have given him a permanent key and look forward to working with him in the new year.

Luke did a fantastic job reinstalling a curtain rail and replastering the bedroom wall. I have been using LUPA for about 3 years. Brilliant for both large and small maintenance issues. Luke gives you options and communicates with customers really well. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Quick, efficient and very good prices. 👏 🙌

Luke at Lupa Property Services had outstanding Customer Service. He arrived and immediately without prompting he took his shoes off to enter our flat. Luke is a very professional Tradesman. Our bath needed the taps changed and it was a very difficult job how it was all situated in the bathroom. Luke calmly sorted it all out for us. it took some time but that was because he was waiting on other people in order to complete his work. He didn't want to leave us without water so he tried to leave as little a drip as possible so we could wash however after an hour it started coming out more and i called him and he came straight back to make it all safe!! Brilliant. I would not hesitate to use him again. His cheerful attitude under adversity is commendable and sincerly kept apologizing on others behalf who he was waiting on to finish the job.

It is great to find a handyman who can tackle such a wide variety of tasks competently and with common sense. He has been highly professional and completed tasks promptly and cost effectively. He is sensible when it comes to arranging access with our student tenants. It is great to have a local tradesmen who we can rely on in an emergency.

Lupa Property Services has work with us since April. He is always very professional and responsive and we receive great feedback from Landlords and Tenants about his work. He is very skilled and able to complete most jobs with ease and efficiency. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
