Unfortunately I can't find the staff members names on the website or anything but the man who works their (probably the owner) was excellent and really helpful with info! I bought a brand new Bambulabs A1 combo with the AMS lite and a bunch of filament! I have had such success that I have been back for more filament colours because they have such excellent service and great variety of filament colours. There was a young girl (maybe early 20s) when I first went in to buy my printer and she helped run me through the filament options and was very patient when opening about 20 different boxes to help me decide on filaments to buy!!
TL/DR: Excellent service and great variety of filaments!

WOW TY 3D Printing.
Although they had run out of the printer i was after, they did offer me a demo model at a lower price. I agreed and it arrived several days later. Since i have been using 3D printers for about 15 years, i did my norm and did a full inspection. Some connector had come loose but, quick were put back in place and then the test. Prints just like a brand new one and zero problems. Thanks to 3D's staff for their friendly and polite help.
