The service was great. Greated as soon as walked in. Helpful with all my question and explained what services they also do. Happy that store is down road from where I live making it nice and easy to go there.

They are advertising parts that they do not have, I bought and PAID for an item and then they told me they didn't actually have any. They sent me a different cheaper item, which worked, but would not compensate me for the difference and are now ignoring me.

We did inform you that the 5mm inner pulley wheel was out of stock, and based on your request, we provided the 3mm hole size pulley wheel, which is priced the same. If you believe a refund of $6 is necessary and can acknowledge our approach with respect, we are happy to discuss a fair resolution.

First time going there for a spare part and even tho it’s a bit of a drive I’ll def be going back there for anything I need.
