Extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. The tenant had already paid for the cleaning upfront, yet the company failed to turn up.

When we called to ask how long they would be, we were eventually sent a screenshot saying they were still around two hours away. What’s most disappointing is that they didn’t even have the courtesy to contact us beforehand to let me know they were running late.

This was a complete waste of time and has left us with absolutely no confidence in this company.
They took payment upfront but failed to provide the service.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
Think carefully before using them or paying upfront, as they have proven to be completely unreliable.

We booked this company for an end‑of‑tenancy clean and the experience was genuinely awful. The cleaner arrived an hour late, and only one person turned up with no mop, no tools, and no basic equipment needed to do the job.

The clean itself was extremely poor. I’ve attached photo evidence showing multiple areas completely missed, surfaces still dirty, floors untouched, and overall a job nowhere near professional standards. (see my google review for images)

Their website claims they will return to fix issues, and they initially agreed to come back by 8pm. Instead, they called at 4pm to cancel and push it to the next day — which was impossible because new tenants were moving in. This left us scrambling to book another cleaner at our own cost.

We requested a refund due to the unacceptable service, lack of equipment, poor quality, and last‑minute cancellation, but they refused to take responsibility.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The service was unreliable, unprofessional, and caused significant stress at a critical time.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company for a builders clean. The team arrived looking unprepared and did not seem to understand what a professional post-construction clean involves. They used basic household cleaning products and equipment instead of the specialist products and tools needed to remove builders’ dust and residue.

The quality of the work was extremely poor. window frames, skirting boards, and light fittings. Paint splashes, adhesive residue, and dirt were left behind,The cleaners also failed to clean inside cupboards, around sockets and switches, and other detailed areas that should be standard as part of a builders clean.

Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and not worth the money. I had to spend additional time and money arranging for the property to be cleaned properly afterwards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for a builders clean.
