I initially attended for a consultation regarding gum treatment and composite bonding and was given a treatment plan and costs. However, after a scale and polish appointment where only two teeth were treated due to sensitivity, I was still charged the full fee. When I raised this concern I felt the response was defensive rather than supportive, which left me feeling uncomfortable given the level of treatment and cost involved.

I later tried to discuss things and move forward with the treatment plan, but was informed the clinic no longer wished to proceed with my care. I appreciate that a refund was offered, but the overall experience left me feeling unheard and disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

I did my lower front single teeth maryland bridge here just over a month ago and it looks really good. No issues at all.
Only reason am giving four star is the gap isn't completely close. The dentist and the whole staffs were really nice and the price was reasonable. Well recommended.

Had a 4 on 1 procedure done in June 2024, firstly the temporary dentures were very uncomfortable and caused ulcers on the inside of the two cheeks also continually biting my tongue because it turns out the procedure was not done properly, within 2 weeks half of the dentures snapped, two of the implants came out, despite numerous trips back to this dentist and being told ‘the procedure went well’ i finally sent another person at this practice who noted all the problems and admitted there were problems after examining me, all would be sorted out she said, I was then led into another room and told I needed to pay them 3k before they would do anything, at this point I decided to go to another dentist who upon scans etc told me the temporary dentures were not fitted properly and the whole procedure was very bad, Aldo it turns out another implant has failed, to get this all put right is going to cost me 12k, the staff there are great but unfortunately the same can’t be said about my experience there, on my first visit to this dentist I witnessed a guy come in really annoyed, shouting about his procedure and how it had left him in agony, in hindsight I should of headed out of the door, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this dentist in fact I would advise anyone thinking of using this dentist not to.

All staff where amazing made me feel very comfortable I was nervous to get implants but there was no pain would highly recommend this dentist

From the first telephone call … to the final wonderful transformation the whole team have been incredible .
Ultimate professionals and over the three month period of treatment the place has felt like home !

I attended 3step smiles in Liverpool today for a root canal procedure with Zarmina babar. I am really impressed by her handy work, my teeth are a mess but she treats me with a lot of respect and dignity. She is very kind and professional prepared me for the procedure in a very humanistic manner giving me the good the bad and the ugly. It is the best experience that I have had at a dentist so far in my life. Even the numbing injections were not bad at all. I was not worried at all and she made sure to explain everything before the procedure, during the procedure and after the procedure. I am making this point because of previous dental experiences that I've had where I ended up in tears. This dentist '3 step smiles uses some really cool technologies. I'll make sure to get the director's name and the dental nurse's name next time, they all made me feel very much at ease even the receptionist. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Zarmina for the service, you rock.

I Had eight teeth replaced and one implant put in. I started my treatment in Oct and all finished by Feb. wow. It was not straight forward as the Teeth needed to be connected to to existing implants that I had previously some years ago. But the end result was perfect. The professionalism of all the Staff was first class..
I Would Strongly Recommend Everything from start to finish about 3step smiles Liverpool. Thank you all.

I thought long and hard about getting full mouth implants I even looked at going to turkey but being a type 1 diabetic and the process I decided against that option after a lot off thought I decided on 3 step smiles after the first appointment and no preasure and a few days to think about it as I am terrified of dentists I went for it long story short 13 teeth out 12 implants and no pain what so ever just your usual discomfort when numnes
goes away after getting teeth pulled .the next day temporary teeth put in couldn't believe the change absolutely fantastic the clinic was in glasgow

I am delighted to leave a 5* review for 3 step smiles. I decided to have upper and lower implants. I went to a few "specialists" in Glasgow and was not impressed with one thing or another about each of them.

I came to 3 step smiles and was impressed with the service from the get go. I felt reassured with their professionalism and instantly warmed to Lauren, Sharon & Luis.

The treatment itself was completely pain free - thats saying something for someone with a very low pain threshold.

The temps I was provided with were top notch, and the final zirconia teeth were the bees knees. Very natural looking and feeling.

After care has been amazing too. I can't rate 3 step smiles highly enough.

If you're shopping around, make sure you get an appointment with them for, let's face it, life changing work to be done on your mouth & good luck!

Checking out private dental work in glasgow and notice 3 stepsmiles charge £600 for sedation while other private practices charge £150-200.
It pays to shop around!

My treatment was very professional and pain free, I wanted a natural look and I'm impressed with the result.
The practice is very modern and clean, nothing is to much trouble if your not sure what to expect Lauren and Blanca are very good at putting you at ease and Blanca is very good at her job , she is so calm and confident.
I must say the cost is very reasonable within the industry, but what made me choose 3 steps smiles was the feeling that I was getting the best advice the bonus was they were the best on price and quality.

Really fast service. Staff were friendly, professional & gave me the perfect smile I’ve always wanted. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the practice was friendly and helpful at first until things went badly wrong.
Sadly after over a year of trial and error and a change to another dentist within the practice, we couldn't possibly recommend them.

I decided to select 3 Step Smiles implant services after reviewing four different practices. I had taken in the factors of cost, presentation and detailed discussions with each dentist.
I started my treatment over 2 consecutive days. The first session consisted of multiple extractions followed by implant placement. It was a long first day and fairly tiring, however, I have to say, for such extensive work, it was virtually, pain free.
The second day was much shorter for my temporary replacements. No further anesthetic was required.
I was delighted with the temporary teeth!! The looked and felt great. What a difference!!
I returned after the 3 month period to have my final smile with the permanent implants. Fantastic!!
Great smile and what a difference it made to my eating habits.
I would would have no reservation or hesitation in recommending this wonderful practice to anyone.
The level of attention, friendliness and professionalism was first class; all at a very reasonable cost.
