I’ve been a long time customer of West House Dental (8 years or more?) and recently also recommended my friend and my mum to go there for fixing her teeth after she chipped it. The service and care has always been top notch and the results are great and long lasting. For anyone who values the best in dental care with lasting results I would highly recommend West House Dental.

Shabnam has been my regular dentist for over two years now. Before her I always felt uncomfortable getting my teeth checked out. From the very first appointment she made me feel comfortable and went through the very basics of tooth care. Very simple explanations like how I should be brushing my teeth, why my wisdom tooth had to come out and why veneers were not a good idea for stained teeth saved my teeth from a lot of damage. I never smiled confidently before my treatments with Shabnam, now I speak and smile with confidence and understand the basics of tooth care. My wisdom tooth is out now thanks to Shabnam and her team, I had no complications. Sometimes just going over something very basic saves one from major complications later on in life.

I’ve had a really positive experience at this dental practice. The team are friendly, thorough, and especially good with nervous patients. Everything is explained clearly, and carried out very carefully. I felt comfortable throughout and well looked after.

We have been taking our daughter to West House Dental practice for around five years now, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Dr Shabnam and the team have been incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring, which has made such a difference to our daughter’s confidence when visiting the dentist.

The advice we’ve received over the years has been outstanding. Always clear, honest, and focused on long-term dental health. Thanks to their guidance, our daughter has developed excellent habits when it comes to looking after her teeth.

The level of care and treatment has consistently been of the highest standard. Every visit feels thorough and unhurried, and Dr Shabnam always takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand, both for myself/my husband and our daughter.

It’s so reassuring as a parent to know your child is in such safe and capable hands. We’re truly grateful for the care West House Dental have provided over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to other families.

Dr Shabnam is a very experienced and calm Dentist, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and to explain her findings. She goes above and beyond to save your teeth rather than going with the easiest option. Her anecdotes make it easy to understand what is going on with your teeth and gives you specific tailored advice on how to take care of them. She’s also incredibly gentle! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I was pleasantly surprised & relieved to discover West House Dental on the recommendation of a friend. Previously, having had experienced unpleasant dental work, this was a revelation! My complicated dental issues were expertly handled by Dr. Shabnam Zai, keeping me informed at every step. A thorough professional, she completely eased my anxiety & made the process very comfortable. Dr. Kris is highly skilled & did a fantastic job, a minor surgery, that was required & which I was nervous about. My recovery time was short.
