Still withdrawal not credited into my account and its almost more than a week but still no resolution found. I have used this platform before and successfully received my withdrawals without any issues.

However, on 26 July, I submitted two withdrawal requests—one for ₹49,000 and another for ₹20,000. The ₹20,000 was credited to my bank account on 27 July, but the ₹49,000 withdrawal is still marked as "Paid Out" in the transaction status, even though the money has never reached my bank account.

For the past 10 days, I have been contacting customer support through live chat, Telegram, and email. Every time, I have been told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours or that I should continue waiting. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

I have submitted my verified bank statement multiple times and even obtained a confirmation letter from my bank stating that no such amount has been credited to my account. Despite providing every document requested, there has been no meaningful resolution.

I also requested that if the bank transfer could not be completed, the withdrawal should simply be cancelled and the funds returned to my game wallet. I clearly stated that I was happy to receive the amount in my game wallet so I could continue playing on the platform. Even this request has not been processed.

Do not deposit money on the 4rabet site; those crooks are stealing money without even processing the deposit. Whether you send a message or an email, they just say it is "under process" and offer no further explanation or refund. They give the same answer in the feedback section but never add the money to your account or return it.

Total fraud company. Right now I have 2 deposits stuck one of 25th July and 2nd one today. I am not including 2-3 deposits denied after prolonged harassment over chat and emails. This scam company even buys 5 star ratings to hide genuine 1 star reviews. They have a stupid excuse that "'it's in the hand of payment provider and we have no control. For 10 days they are verifying a genuine transaction cleared by reputed banks. Come on, you are stealing 10-15% of transactions, do it upfront, do not harass for days and weeks hiding behind some imaginary payment provider. Now even ridiculously asking for taking a video of you logging into your banking app with another phone and share with them. Perhaps they now want to hack into peoples' bank account as well. DON'T SHARE VIDEO THAT WILL EXPOSE YOUR LOG IN CREDENTIALS. I understand people have started complaining to cybercrime and in some cases recipient accounts are getting blocked/frozen inturn.
