I have been waiting for my deposit for days, and every single time I contact your support, I receive the exact same copy-paste response. This is not customer support; it is simply avoiding the issue. I have already submitted every document you requested, including my bank statement, payment proof, transaction details, screenshots, and even a video from my payment application. Despite providing everything, there has been absolutely no progress.
You keep saying the payment is being processed by an external system, but you are unable to provide any estimated timeline, any meaningful update, or any proof that my case is actually being handled. This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, not endless automated replies.
I am requesting that this case be escalated to a senior team member immediately. If you are unable to resolve this issue, then kindly explain the exact reason for the delay and provide a realistic timeframe. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through the appropriate consumer grievance channels and share my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of how this issue is being handled.
This is my final request. Please stop sending template responses and provide a real solution. I expect a proper update as soon as possible."Your repeated copy-paste responses are not resolving my issue. My deposit has been pending for an unreasonable amount of time. If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will have no option but to report this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and publicly document my experience.
