They sent me an email saying that if I think this is a mistake, I should contact the 4rabet customer support team. But when I contacted them, they did not help me properly or provide any clear explanation.
I request 4rabet to please unblock my account. I still have my original money in the account, and whatever happened was a mistake. I am not trying to scam anyone or abuse the system. I only used the bonus on the same day and acted honestly as a normal user.
Now iam kindly requesting for please unblock my account iam really not vilonced the rules it has been by mistake please iam very desperated to play in my account please by forgive my mistake take it was not my inintention to vilteal the platform rules forgiven iam don't know how it happens even give me one last chance to true myself.

Regarding deposit requests SUP-1427898 205488909840 and SUP-1423340 302019179865, they guys simple said connect to bank , I am kotak bank holder , my friend in branch manager in kotak , bank and all confirm they recieved the money they guys simple do fraud, first day said wait for 10 days , then say connect to bank , bank already confirmed they guys recieved the money, simple they doing fraud , bank ask me if they guys not received amount ask merchant to show bank statement on 5 May days , simple fraud guys don't deposit big amount there , if it's struck forget the don't give back

Even after repeatedly contacting your support team and providing every document you requested—including bank statements, payment screenshots, transaction details, and other proof—there has been absolutely no response or resolution from your side.
The pattern is always the same: you keep asking for evidence, collect all the required documents, and then become completely silent without providing any meaningful update. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how customer funds and complaints are being handled.
If you genuinely believe the transaction failed, then provide concrete proof from your payment provider or transaction tracking system instead of repeatedly demanding the same documents from customers. I have fulfilled every requirement from my side, yet there is still no resolution, no transparency, and no accountability.
At this point, it appears that the support process is being used only to delay cases rather than resolve them. I expect an immediate explanation and a proper resolution instead of endless requests for documents followed by complete silence.
