My player UUID is 056521cf-6f40-494e-b00a-7fb2c52155a9. I requested a withdrawal of 65.794 DOGE, which was first canceled saying "missing profile verification". I deposited 15,015 four days ago, and it was credited only after 3 days. Today, I deposited 10,003, and it has been almost 10 hours, but it is still not credited. Customer service keeps telling me to “wait, wait.” I even received a message from the bank confirming that the money has been successfully transferred to the beneficiary.
I really don’t understand what kind of system you have, as every payment I make takes at least 12 hours to process. I am very, very disappointed with this app and its service. Even simple tasks take too much time.
You call me a VIP customer, but this is not the kind of service a VIP customer should receive. What is the benefit of being your customer for the last 3 years if my problem is never solved? Every time my money gets stuck, I have to keep requesting for help, and still, nothing gets resolved.
Shame on this app. I am extremely disappointed. Honestly, it feels like fraud every time, yet I still trust this app and deposit money again, only to face the same issue.
