Incompetent Company Avoid
4 specific tyres ordered but sent wrong specification.
Ordered 235/75/15 105T Passenger car. Received 235/75/15 LT104/101R truck tyres. Lower load rating, lower speed rating, different side wall construction so are dangerous if supplied to an ordinary motorist who didn't know about tyres. Then said they couldn't supply the tyres they advertise but still haven't refunded me one and a half weeks after the tyres were returned. Looks like small claims court next to get money back. Avoid.

Admin shambles
Ordered tyre online to be fitted following day. Left message to say couldn’t get tyre in time and could fit later in day. I Rang back and left message to say could we book for following day. Didn’t seem to pick up message. Playing phone ping pong Sent me an email addressed to wrong person. Garage from 300 miles away rang to confirm fitting?? Émail received confirming fitting at proper garage. Turned up at agreed garage and they were expecting a different person with a fiesta not a defender! Thankfully the garage had the right tyre in stock.

Unacceptable Service and Misleading Advice
On a Wednesday, I visited your office in person to ask for advice. A member of your staff, using my vehicle registration number, showed me on your website a specific wheel and tyre option and advised me that this was what I should order. I took a photo to ensure I would not make a mistake, then went home and placed the order through your website exactly as recommended by your staff member and shown in the photo.
The following day, Thursday, I received the order confirmation email along with the exact date and time when I was expected to attend. On Friday, nothing happened during the day, and then around 6:30 p.m. I received an email stating that the wheels and tyres I had ordered were not suitable and that I could either be told what was correct for my vehicle or receive a refund.
I replied to that email immediately, but I received no response either that evening or the following day. As a result, I sent another email requesting a full refund of the order amount.
I find it unacceptable that after personally visiting your office for advice, the guidance I received was completely misleading. It is also unacceptable that I received an email on Saturday evening, replied to it, and then received no further response. Taken together, this is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
I therefore have to state that your service is well below an acceptable standard.
