Great product and excellent service

Fast delivery, goods fair quality not quite oem but ok….

Absolutely perfect finishes the van off perfectly.

Quality of the window blinds is ok, however, no instructions where to locate press studs in vehicle and there are two elastic loops which i assume go over the sunvisors but very tight to get on and i dont see what purpose they serve if the press studs (5) are for fixing..
The side window blinds have magnets sewn in and locate nicely.

I had the front covers , don’t really understand why the mirror cut out section is so big and also why there is no way to velcro or secure the non mirror cut out bit on

Also the figment of the side window cover does not fit the window apparently when I spoke to van style even with photos and offering to supply a template that actually fitted/ covered the window to the van they said well we sell hundreds that’s how it is , customer service is poor at best

I ordered a transit custom 2026 Lwb rear floor no liner.
On its arrival it was in 6 pieces.???
Why.????
It looks hideous...
Doesn't fit around one wheel arch..
I have had friends come around to view my van and they have laughed at the quality or lack of quality this item has...
So I contacted the company via email.
When I eventually got a reply.. They response was. If you don't like the product return it dfor a refund..
That's fair enough...
But do be charged &£13.50 delivery for a product that is not fit for purpose and to be charged another £13.50 to return it... It is very much unreasonable....
I will not be using this company again.

I have spent nearly £1k on styling on my van.. Had numerous parts from other companies with no problems at all.

Great products, good value, great service

I would never purchase vanstyle products ever again due to misleading products description, which then cost me shipping costs to return the faulty ‘misadvertised / description’ … excess shipping return costs were never refunded … poor product advertising and BAD customer service

Great selection of quality products at reasonable prices for my VW T5 and fantastic super fast delivery experience. All round excellent communication on order progress - I have saved them in my bookmarks as will be my go to for future purchases for my van upgrades - thank you!

products all good , interior wheel arch cover , rear interior panel and door step covers all in plastic with peel off glue strips, only the rear panel came with cleaner/primer wipes
No notice of delivery day, so items just left on door step by delivery driver ,not good !

Easy to fit and looks so much better than previous plastic one we had.

Arrived in good order and just as described at a great price.

Absolute waste off time,shambles off a company will not be ordering again,
Can't read or reply correctly to their emails happy to take your money and then mess you about, constantly make up excuses, as a new customer, feel robbed off my time and energy chasing it up to eventually find out they lost part off my order, waited all that time for nothing, made a phone call a few days after order was placed as I hadn't received any correspondence since the day I ordered it or a tracking number, to be told it hadn't been sent yet fair enough,

That was ok, few days later still nothing emailed this time requesting a tracking number, they got back to me and clearly hadn't read my email correctly as the reply didn't contain the tracking number id specifically requested in the email, had to therefore email again asking for the same thing which as I'm sure you can imagine is frustrating, to then get what you asked for the first time,

Tracked the item with the number given hadn't moved in days, which actually at a stage i thought I was getting scammed,
Eventually emailed the complaints department, who got me a answer as to what was going on with my order, fair play to him for chasing it up, said they or the courier service they use lost part off my order, and they had no more in stock to send, he offered me a refund for that item,
No apology on behalf off the company, company website looks decent, just badly run in my opinion and organised, and staff that clearly arent customer driven or could careless to chase anything up apart from the guy at the end, very disappointing to a first time customer from somewhere that looked like a promising respectable company from the look off their website, the other part off the order arrived and I'm not even sure it's the right thing I ordered, containing 6 tins off adhesive one with a broken top, definitely have been and feel robbed, now it's questionable will the refund go through or not, I'll not be holding my breath, happy enough to take around £150 off you and mess you about with no direct apology absolute joke

have half a mind to pursue this further if it doesn't out off principal

Service and delivery were good. The price was very good for the parts that are required.
But there was some difficulty in assembling the roof bars for my Mercedes Vito Van, due to the lack of information or fitting instructions that made sense

Do not order from this company if you need parts fast. I cannot understand how an in stock item from the UK has not delivered what I ordered. Still not arrived 7 days have passed.
