Update: Item received, but later than expected, but it arrived.
I ordered The North Face bottoms 7 days ago and have emailed to ask when they would arrive 3 times
I’ve still not heard anything, and no response from telephone call either. The bottoms were a birthday gift and now has passed the birthday date.
Would be good to know when my delivery would arrive??

Both items were not as ordered. They sent the wrong sizes. Had to go to my local store which had one of the items in the size I wanted, but not the other item. So I got a credit for that. Totally disappointing.

Ordered Columbia Men' s Silver Ridge II Convertible Pant - Short Leg online on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday.

Only issue was that I ordered XL on the 53 Degrees North site as according to Columbia sizing on its site but the trousers were too small. Received 36 inch waist and 30 inch leg (not quite XL as far as I am concerned).

Went to their store in Cork on Saturday to exchange them and staff was most helpful and gave me the size that I needed. No problems what so ever. Thank you.

Hiking boots were leaking, granted I had them more than a year, but as I'd paid 200 euro for them, I'd expected that they'd last me for years and it was very obvious that they hadn't gotten much wear. I was very disappointed that I was left to contact the manufacturer myself...and that the shop wasn't prepared to stand behind a 'reputable' product.

The manufacturers actually suggested that I bring the boots back TO THE SHOP and that they would return them for me...but no, the shop declined to do so...and I had to return them myself.

I've always found products of a high standard previously...but was very disappointed this time round....

Click and collect order arrived much faster than expected, especially considering the postal delays at the moment. The lads in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful. Supporting local business is important during these times!

Having travelled a long distance upto the Cork store I enquired about tick-repelling hiking trousers. The sales assistant had limited knowledge of the product and attempted to sell me a pair that were not my size. I enquired about getting them online, in the correct size. I asked if the assistant would write down the product details so I could find the right trousers online when I got home. He gave me incomplete information so couldn't find the product I needed. Hugely frustrating. I was rather amazed that the assistant rather than sourcing the correct pair for me just scribbled a note assuring me that when I travelled home I would be able to find the trousers easily online. There was only one other customer in the store, and the disiniterested "manager" steadfastly avoided contact or my gaze. I queried why they wouldn't do this for me. I had a budget of 200 euros to buy the anti-tick, trousers and shirt but left the store with no equipment and a terrible view of your customer service. Since getting home I've attempted to call the store ( repeatedly) to faciliatate a purchase ( your store opening times are wrong on the website and the website store number is faulty. This morning having made several phonecalls to the Cork store my phone rang - it was the Cork store number, when I answered the phone was put down. What the hell is that about?

I baught a pair of Meindl boots for €105 reduced in price, I had a €50 gift token and I gave €70 cash expecting to get my change but the young man said I had €15 credit on my gift token. I said I would expect the change, he replied I cant do that, (sorry). I think he was not being honest with me.

Staff were polite & helpful, but delivery of receiving goods way too long! Was only coming from Blanchardstown ... took 3 full days! They were also unsure of a time when it would arrive! And was told to ring back again in the afternoon to check; as opposed to the store ringing me on arrival. Disappointing & slow! Could have driven to Blanchardstown & received goods way sooner

Got the trainer's I wanted and they were delivered in timely fashion. There was an option to return the item but I did not need to use it.
