Genuinely poor customer service
I ordered and paid for P&P and 3 drive sprockets that where all supposed 'deep state' brand and new unopened. The drive sprockets arrived in small plastic bags, inside a jiffy bag, not in the OEM hard plastic branded packaging. One of them wasn't the correct brand, all of them were damaged and almost unbelievably one of them looks to have 'use' wear marks on it (see pics for chain rub and damage).
I sent an email regarding the issue and received one back saying they were sorry I wasn't satisfied and I should send them back with no offer to pay for return shipping. Not sorry I cant believe this type of thing happened, just sorry that I'm not satisfied. I responded saying I am I would not be posting them back at financial cost to myself, but would happily do so if they send me a prepaid postage. I also asked for feedback on how this could have happened. I then received a slightly more sincere response and they at least agreed to the return postage.
Sadly, after over a week passed since they received the items back I heard no more from them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so ended up processing my refund through them. I think this is truly appalling customer service, with multiple chances to make it right that were used to make it worse.
I obviously have pics of all of these issues but cant share them here.

I was away on holiday and the company were flexible and arranged a suitable time for the delivery. Communication was great and very informative. I’d certainly buy from here again
