I purchase theses products regularly, but on a recent purchase I was sent a product that had a very short shelf life. I contacted customer services who told me that the wrong date had been printed on them but as soon as they had made a new batch they would replace free of charge. This was done and I am very pleased with the wonderful service.

I was very impressed with the delivery, the product and the packaging. I have already made another order. The chocolate is totally original. You have to try it! I don't often right reviews but felt compelled to.

The hot chocolate is the best I have ever tasted, it’s not too sweet and absolutely delicious!
I received my order in two days which I thought was very good.

Sleeping much better with feeling healthier I have done this for a few months
The customer service is second to none

I bought this hot chocolate for my elderly parents to warm them up . They love drinking it . They claim it’s the best tasting hot chocolate . Thank you for making them so happy .

Best black chocolate in the world! REALLY! Very mild! Not that sugary! I even snack the beads to my afternoon coffee as a little highlighter 🖤🤎🖤

I've never tried a chocolate shot before. AMAZING. I'm not sure I will want to drink with with milk again! A must-try!

Really great product. Arrived promptly, well packaged. Tasty hot chocolate the spices are amazing and take the hot chocolate up another level and make it when better.

Really enjoying your chocolate. I like just eating it, a button at a time. Feels a good way to manage a chocolate addiction. I would give it a five if cheaper, but not to say it is overpriced ,since it is a quality product.

Neatly and securely packed, makes a pleasant drink, obviously a high chocolate content. It makes a lovely Sunday morning treat with a little rum in it.

Let down by DPD who delivered to a house in a parallel street 100 yards away. But that's not the sellers fault, and it may be a local problem.

I know the work that has gone into this company, and the dedication that it’s took to get it off the ground.
And simply put, I love the chocolate and also the link it has to well-being and mental health.

Hot chocolate beads arrived quickly and well packaged and have been very impressed with the way the beads dissolve quickly in the warm milk and the taste is excellent
