My subscription auto-renewed without any notification or reminder, and I contacted them that I do not want another year of subscription and I want a refund, but they are not refunding as I agreed to the terms of renewal. Which good company would try to profit from such situation knowing that the client won't use the product. They even suggested I can share my account with someone who might want to use if I don't want to use another year, thank you, I could not think about that.

Help support very good. Subscription activate automatically and i payed 30€. Send them an email and they got back at me very quicly and accepted to refund.

Took €30 from my credit card without authorisation. Fortunately card company had already flagged it as fraud and put a block on my card. I had to have new credit cards and update all my payment details to things like Apple Pay

Ho avuto in omaggio un coupon per quest'app con l'acquisto su un noto sito di integratori, una volta provato e capito che non faceva al mio caso in quanto non soddisfa a pieno le mie esigenze per scarsità di diete consigliate ed esercizi, ho annullato l'abbonamento e disattivato l'account ma mi sono visto addebitare lo stesso i soldi senza la mia autorizzazione.

So disappointed... never used took out for diet... however unable to get the ingredients list and instructions to make anything! It’s clear to 8fit I’m not using the app so why no customer services.., or refund! Save your money! Simply in my opinion not worth it!

They auto renew your membership without sending you any form of notification. Emailed them to try and get a refund but they refused. Very poor service and unethical. Glad I don't work for a company like that, would be ashamed.
