Hi A1, you have incredibly bad service when it comes to technical issues. I told you on August 12 that you should send me a technician to look at why I have such a low internet speed and I have the NEWEST AND STRONGEST technology - 5G!! Wow, and I was surfing last week with a speed of 2G!!!! I called your service team on August 12 and they promised that a technician would come on August 21. This Monday I waited for a technician who didn't come and no one told me the reason + since then I don't even have internet - NOTHING BUT NOTHING! I work from home and I need internet, I need e-mail, I need Microsoft teams to work... NOTHING
, DISASTER!! Don't think that I will pay for the whole month and I couldn't use it. One more time - just a promise and you don't do anything. 😡😡😡😡

No signal and even if there is internet is not working,too expansive for being so bad.

The worst network in Croatia. Signal is missing regularly. In many parts they don't have signal at all. Even in Istria. Unbelievable how they even exist..

I moved to Croatia in June '22 and needed internet in my home. As several providers told me cable was not available in my area, I had wireless internet installed by A1. It worked quite well so I subscribed to their television service too. As this didn't work I cancelled this service and from then on the troubles started: three months in row I had to go to the A1 office in Sibenik to complain about overbilling and because the television was still not cancelled. The third time I sent a complaint to the customer support and guess what: they told me Croatian was their national language and I had to send my complaint in Croatian. Of course I am learning Croatian but after six months I am not fluent enough to explain what my problem with them was of course. Then I decided to cancel all my subscriptions, including internet. Their publicity sounds amazing but customer service is terrible. People in government offices like the police and the health insurance were much more helpful than the people of this private company.

this is the worst internet service provider we had the internet disconnects randomly and sometimes it goes down for 10 minutes for no apparent reason stay away from these guys,countless calls to fix their garbage service no problems solved heck one time the technician came and said a baby monitor on a particular frequency can trigger the internet to fall down i am like how on earth is this so bad!

I would give them 0 stars if that would have been an option. Worst ever. It's the TELEKOM network that absolutely sucks dick, in any country i have ever been. I literally had enough of these guys. WORST SERVICE THAT EVER EXISTS. s****y internet, s****y signal, and even shittier customer service. Worst part, everything in Croatia comes from these guys, there's no running away from them. How in the world are you still in business????

Nobody there knows what they're doing. I've used their services for months and it just sucks.

I understand that inflation hit the world but to lie so obviously is so humiliating. They were the best until year ago but now they’re the worst. I’m leaving services of Tomato/A1 and bringing with me at least 5 people. If they want to continue to work like this, it won’t be good for them, everyone will leave

SMS notification when You run out of internet data plan is late, so You ended spending all of remaining pre-paid credit on expensive standard rate without even knowing. I ended spending all credit this way two times!
Using additional application to limit internet data is a must.

They deserve nothing but bad Review, they tricked my mother in to buying pice of s**t internet, whit pice of s**t router on 2 years pre paid. I got Internet like im living on south pol in 1990's. M**********s

Absolute disgraceful service. We phoned customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told by the agent she may UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES transfer my call to a manager. We have 5 decoders, two sets of internet/ wifi units and a number of phones on our contract. Since 5 days 4 decoders are without access desite all is paid up. I really have to warn all persons to avoid this company.

Auf der Insel Brac (Milna) wird in meiner Unterkunft um 6:00 Früh eine Down- und Uploadrate von ca. 25 MBit/s erreicht (WiFi über mobiles Internet, Huawei Modem). Ab 9:00 bis spät in die Nacht (ca. 00:00) nur noch 0,5 MB/s Down- und 3 MBit/s Upload (manchmal auch null). Schon klar, wegen den zwei Monaten mit vielen Touristen wird keine großartige Infrastruktur aufgebaut. Nervig ist es trotzdem und verbesserungswürdig.

You buy 4g thats not actually 4g. Once uyou connect it they give you e,h+max. You must call them to give you 4g you buyed at first place...
Then you buy unlimited option. And its only 20gb.. they said after 20gb connection gets slower. Vut they didnt tell me that slower connection means i cant open banana.jpg on google.

Netzwerperformance wärend Juli 2021unter jedem Hund. Kapazitäten am Anschlag. Netzwerkplanung Fremdwort. Sollte Modem Resetten, dann sei es besser. Seit wann soll dies Helfen, natrürlich nix genutzt, ja sie hätten ein Problem in 3-5 Tagen gelöst, da bin ich mal gespannt. Andere Provider haben nicht diese Performenceprobleme

4 verträge mit a1, 2 funktionieren seit 4 monaten nicht, der monetäre schaden und der zeitliche aufwand sind mittlerweile enorm und es interessiert niemanden. Rechnung wird natürlich voll gestellt und damit gedeoht die zwei funktionierenden Verträge zu sperren. Unterirdisches Unternehmen. Schadenersatzklage ist beim anwalt zwischenzeitlich in arbeit und wird in den nächsten 14 tagen beim gericht un zagreb eingereicht. Ach ja solange das Unternehmen VIP hiess und von Kroaten geführt wurde funktionierte alles. Aber seit der übernahme durch die österreichische A1 ist es nur noch unterste Schublade!
