A textbook example of 'bare minimum' effort ISP operating in a poorly regulated, virtual oligopoly market. Sure, A1’s spin doctors boast about quality of service, extended coverage. top speed ecc. In reality, A1 Hrvatska is a bureaucracy-driven outlet that cares far more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction. Always read carefully fine print and double check monthly bills, I found them faulty of overcharging (they admitted it, offered credit). Prepare for days without internet connection should their network go awry, support times are nothing short of biblical. IMHO, a premium pricing, subpar service.

The contract was made orally about a tariff. They said I would not have to pay the roaming fees, unfortunately, I have to. I called them multiple times to explain the problem, but people just played dumb. A few times someone called me and asked how I was happy with the services, I said I wasn't and they replied that its their error and it wont happen again. To this day I still pay the roaming fees even though it is not in my contract and I cant get a recorded conversation of that from them. Avoid this company, If you aver run into problems, people are just too dumb to help you... Or strategically chosen that way...

Ich habe als Tourist eine A1 SIM Karte bei der kroatischen Postfiliale gekauft und den passenden Ladebon für 120kn verlangt damit ich die SIM Karte bei Bedarf damit aufladen kann. Mir wurde dann ein Ladebon von A1 d.o.o verkauft mit der Überschrift Tomato A1 Hrvatska d.o.o Als Tourist wusste ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht, dass Tomato zwar zu A1 gehört, aber eine andere SIM Karte benötigt. Ich habe verzweifelt versucht die A1 SIM Karte mit dem Ladebon zu laden um irgendwann die Hotline von A1 zu bemühen. Die Hotline von Tomato und A1 scheint die Gleiche zu sein, weil mich dann die Dame am Telefon sofort aufklären konnte dass mir der falsche Ladebon verkauft wurde und ich mit einer A1 SIM Karte und nicht mit der A1 Tomato Karte telefoniere und ich solle zur Postfiliale gehen und den Ladebon umtauschen lassen. Am nächsten Tag sind wir gleich zur Post wo uns der Umtausch jedoch verweigert wurde. Wir haben nun einen Ladebon von A1 Tomato und können diesen wegwerfen. Ich fühle mich als Tourist über den Tisch gezogen weil mir von der Fachverkäuferin bei der Postfiliale wohlwissend ein falscher Ladebon angedreht wurde, auf welchem auch A1 Hrvatska d.o.o draufsteht aber welcher zum Laden von A1 Karten nicht geeignet ist. Ich musste dann einen neuen Ladebon für 120kn kaufen um meine A1 SIM Karte zu laden. Ich rate DRINGEND von A1 ab, weil man als Kunde im Problemfall im Regen stehen gelassen wird. Ich musste mich am Telefon von Servicemitarbeiter noch dumm anmachen lassen warum ich den Ladebon nicht sofort überprüft habe. Auf dem Ladebon steht ganz gross A1 Hrvatska d.o.o woher soll ich als Tourist wissen dass A1 Hrvatska verschiedene SIM Ladebons hat. VORSICHT ABZOCKE!! NULL KUNDENSERVICE!

A1 is not respecting the signed contract and not respecting customers. They change monthly fee as they like, and customer is forced to pay more, or has to break a contract without A1 paying penalties for that. But if customer wants to break contract, penalties have to be paid. Unfortunately in corrupted country that can go.
