I booked with A52 Cars at short notice for transportation to and from a funeral. When booking, David was very helpful and I was kept well informed including receiving an itinerary which included the name and a photo of my driver, Steve. On the day, Steve was on time and was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and compassionate. I would definitely recommend using A52 Cars!

Absolutely brilliant service. So professional. Dave kept in touch. Was super helpful when I had to change pick up times. Was sent a photo of the driver and car so we knew exactly who to expect. The car was beautiful. Extremely comfortable with water and sweets. Would definitely use these again and would highly recommend.

From contacting David to ask for the best quotations and advice on the timing to the destination, through to payment he was always professional and helpful. The driver was prompt, the car was clean and tidy, and the drive itself was smooth. I felt safe and cared for by the driver and he kept checking on my comfort. My collection was also prompt, again a high level of service and comfort. I will be recommending and using in the future for business travel.

It was such a pleasure using A52 Executive Cars. One of the things I appreciated the most was the great communication with David the driver. My times for pick up kept changing and we kept in touch frequently which made everything less stressful. He was also great at navigating us around some pretty awful traffic to get me home safely. I wanted to hire a smart mini bus for a special occasion and discovered A52 Executive Car Hire…
I was not disappointed. From the time of booking, I received written confirmation of everything and on the date of my hire, I received constant updates by text, informing me of the whereabouts of my minibus, what type of vehicle and who my drivers would be.
There were 2 drivers, 1 each way ..Kelly and Chris. They were excellent. Smart, polite and most of all considerate drivers. I and my party were very satisfied and would,nt hesitate to use this firm again. Thank you.

We have recently used A52 Executive Cars for pick up and drop off at east midlands airport, both early morning times and the driver was on time, very well dressed and friendly and polite, he explained what to do on our return and was there waiting for us exactly where he said, updated were also emailed and text. Extremely well priced and beautiful vehicle. Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to friends and family.

I contacted David at late notice to provide us with an excellent chauffeur service - this was definitely achieved. From impeccable communication to punctual professional drivers, A52 Executive Cars had it all.

I particularly appreciated the live updates I received via SMS and E-Mail allowing me to keep track of our VIP's location and status. Dave also provided a valuable booking confirmation PDF that outlined the itinerary, allocation and charges each highlighting important information that we as a company needed to be aware of.
