What an amazing experience and exceptional customer relationship ive had with A690,i mostly dealt with Martin who sorted out all my finance and kept me upto date with reports on my application, on hand over honestly my knew Mercedes looked like it came straight from the factory, im 60yrs old and have had dealings with loads of car companies but nothing honestly compares to A690 they really do treat you like family, what a great set of lads,

Sold my car to A690 car specialist,from start to finsh was 1st class hassle free delt with Billy over the phone he put deposit on when agreed sale then sent his driver Tony to collect the car Tony himself was a lovely fella made everything in hand over so easy and felt relaxed with him.

A690 Service Centre & Bodyshop
First class service from all of the staff. From taking my vehicle to the A690 Service Centre, I explained/ described to Paul what the issue was with my Corsa VXR. He noted what I had said, which then allowed Jordan and his team to repair/replace the damaged parts of the vehicle.
Jordan fully explained to me what was repaired/replaced, the vehicle was returned to me fully washed outside and cleaned inside, it looked like new again and drives like a dream. More importantly the cost of the parts and work carried out was very reasonable too.
The staff are very professional they listened and explained everything to me. They are a credit to the business and the owner.

Would recommend Dean at A690 Specialist Cars probably the best salesman I've ever met nothings a problem for him and if in doubt he'll be there to sort it out cheers Tony Armstrong 👍

I'd been given the runaround by other vehicle repairers saying that they specialise on all vehicle types and they don't. A690 gave me clear diagnostics within a couple of dats and carried out the the very next week. Excellent service

I've used A690 on a few occasions now and I have nothing but praise for them. I made my appointment for the day and time I wanted. On arrival I dropped off my car and was told a time when it would be ready for collection. Again everything was done on time and they even cleaned my car. An added bonus is you also get a courtesy car (very helpful when you live in Sunderland).
Sorry forgot to mention, they are very competitively priced compared to other specialist car repairers i've used.

I bought a Vauxhall Mokka from this garage, nothing was to much, even staying open late so I could see the car.

Absolutely loving my Mercedes-Benz C220d AMG LINE Premium Plus! 🚗💨 Performance is smooth, tech is top-notch, and comfort is superb. The AMG Line trim adds that extra bit of flair. Fuel efficiency's great too - perfect for cruising motorways. Big shoutout to Dean, Mark, Chris, the whole team, and the body shop specialists. They went the extra mile to ensure this car suited my needs perfectly! The car was in brilliant condition as Dean and Chris described it to be upon viewing.
