I recently bought a Citroen c4 cactus from A691 specialist cars. I’ve been so happy with my purchase as it has had all the little scratches taken out of it, the wheels refurbished and a full valet. During the week waiting for it Antony kept me in the loop of what was going on and had it ready on the day he said. So far the car has been amazing and beautiful to drive. Additionally as a 19 year old I usually feel pressured into buying something as people know you don’t really know what you’re doing or where you’re at with things and I never felt that once with Antony. I would recommend this garage to anyone!

We've just bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport and are very happy with our purchase. We have had several range rovers over the years and this was the first time we didn't buy one through a main agent. The car was perfectly prepared and the handover was thorough, Dean went through all the controls and features of the car with us. Dean is a great salesman, not pushy and was always courteous and friendly. He kept in touch as to the progress of the sale and there didn't seem to be any of our questions he couldn't cope with. The A690 bodywork team delivered exactly what was on the tin. From the excellent damage repair added to the highly recommended all body polish and scuff removal my car was returned in showroom condition. The internal valet was equally impressive. A smooth purchase from start to finish. Saw and test drove the car not prepped for sale. Salesman kept me informed through whole process. Also took out service plan which is a very good idea.
Only reason I didn’t give a 5 was they missed a scratch on the back door other than that extremely happy with the car.

Dean was brilliant and the initial contact with Phil was quick and easy! Test drive was arranged efficiently and the deal was done quickly with arranged finance. After making our previous purchase of a Mercedes GLC from A690 and starting to get itchy feet for something new we started looking over the company website, easy to navigate and informative providing all relevant detail. We settled on two cars to view a Defender and RR Sport - Both cars were fantastic but on seeing them up close and personal there was only Range Rover in contention. Martin and Phil guided us through the process from test drive to handover.

As usual with these things not everything runs smoothly, due to an IT error there was an issue with esignatures. Martin kept on top of this progressing this with the third party to even out the issues to allow completion of the documentation. Private plate fully changed over and ready on the new car for handover.

Thank you Phil and Martin for exemplary service way beyond the normal. At all times our custom was valued and nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish the process of buying my car felt so easy and didn’t feel like I was being forced to buy anything. I had to wait a few days to pick it up but had daily updates from Dean to let me know where we were at. Even after I picked the car up he still contacted me to see how everything was going. It’s not a case of handing money over and radio silence.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new car and no doubt I’ll be returning in a couple of years because I love my cars!

My father has to sell his car due to a recent medical diagnosis so I have been trying to find a fair deal for him.
I called A690 car sales to see if they would be interested in buying it. Phil was very honest in saying that they would be pressed to offer more than we had already been offered, but he took my details & called a friend also in the car trade who said that the car was one that they would be interested in buying.
Phil & A690 cars gained nothing monetarily from this help, but they have my respect & gratitude.
