The sales team are great whilst buying the car but after sales are shocking. Purchased a car 6 months ago and its been in out fault after fault. Had to have an oil change new brakes and discs even though these were supposed to have been done on the last service. Abs fault dash fault new windscreen and a bald tyre. Step was broken when I first bought it they sorted it same thing again but I now need full new step fitted. The car is a nightmare and they couldn't care as long as your paying money The warranty is worthless every fault they find is not covered. I would avoid at all costs the managers refuse to speak to you. Had to escalate 3rd party.

Recently bought my range rover sport from A690 and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the overall process. Dean was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and so helpful. The car was very well priced and in superb condition. The whole process from start to finish was great and I was kept updated throughout from Dean. You can tell they value their customers and there was no pushy sales pitches. I will 100% be using this company for any future business and I can't recommend them highly enough. A690 are a great firm to deal with. We have two Landrovers and they are specialist in their knowledge of these vehicles. They are competitively priced on their work. They are a very professional firm with individuals who respect the client and appear to love their roles. Jordan is first point of contract and he is a fantastic chap to deal with. Goes out of his way to ensure your experience is nothing less than 5star. Also had dealings with Paul and Chloe. Again first class souls. Works that have been carried out are clearly explained. The cars each time are returned having been cleaned and are spotless. Highly recommended business.

I recently bought Mercedes amg from dead who helped me from start he helped my sort my old finance on my old car and went out of his way help me there was a small problem with bonnet catch and it needed to go back to work shop for the day and dean actually lent me his personal car for the day so I wasn’t without a car nothing is to much trouble for him I love my new car and glad I bought it from here they go above and beyond to make you happy

Bought a Nissan X-Trail from Antony at A691 specialist cars. From first view to picking up nothing was a problem. Everything he said would be done to the car was and more. Had to wait a bit for the log book to arrive but Antony kept me up to speed with what was happening.

Martin was great. From my initial enquiry to collecting vehicle, he was always very obliging and if there was anything he did not know, he would find out and ring me back. There was no waffle or pressure in trying to get me to buy. Only saw the vehicle when I collected it, and it was just as I hoped. Even better. Would strongly recommend A690 to anyone.

Phil was outstanding from Day 1. He communicated at all stages of the repairs to my daughters Mini. He explained the findings of additional costs on stripping the car down post accident. He was empathetic and understanding to the situation, the bigger picture, with my daughter at the university and our family based in Devon. He was able to alleviate an awful lot of the secondary stress post car accident and we were all very grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

Having just made a purchase from A961 I can thoroughly recommend this dealership. I had been looking for a Mini Cooper for some time and A691 had the perfect model. I’m based in Aberdeenshire so had to do much of the enquiry by phone. Antony couldn’t have been more help and when I arrived and was met for the pick up the car was presented immaculately. For along time I have bought my cars new every 3 years, and they were serviced by the dealers in accordance with manufacturers conditions
This time I decided not to do this, as after 4 years I had only driven 16k miles, and in my opinion it was a good car, suitable for my needs - SEAT

Amazing staff and great experience of buying car. Visited to see what is available. Met with Dean who was extremely helpful. We discussed our needs and preferences. He came up with two or three vehicles that matched our criteria. Everything was good, we looked at the best match and arranged a test drive. He was very professional throughout the visit. Explained all the purchase options to us thoroughly and was never pushy about the sale. We were extremely happy with the whole experience. We have collected our car within a week. Overall end to end process was very smooth. We are enjoying the ride!!!
