I have used Abbeygate insurance since December 2022
I have used Abbeygate insurance for the past 2 years since moving to Portugal. The customer service is excellent and they are always available when need. Lindsey in particular has been very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Abbeygate Insurance. Eoin Donnelly

Great service, will use again
I wish I'd thought of looking at TrustPilot for reveiws of insurance brokers. Anyway, I ended up lucky to come across Francisco and Abbeygate Insurance, though i did a lot of research. Excellent service, the various people i spoke with all speak very fluent English (I'm sure one of them was a Scouser!), and all were very helpful. Even when Francisco was busy, the colleague didn't just leave things, she actually went through everything with me and checked all was in order for me. Happy with service

Abbeygate provides a very good insurance service.
Abbeygate has been a good insurance partner during the years I've been their customer. I had a few incidents, and they have all been resolved to my satisfaction (even when I had a breakin in Sweden, they solved the support elegantly and swift).
Sandra Rodrigues (my contact) has handled all our contacts very efficient and to my satisfaction, besides she is also very nice and understands my questions, being non portuguese and no british :)

I chose Abbeygate Insurance!
I chose Abbeygate Insurance because from the first contact with Franscisco@Abbeygate the service was courteous, efficient and friendly. The price for my coverage was fair and reasonable and Franscisco has helped my throughout the entire experience. If you are looking for excellent, friendly and courteous service from someone who speaks English and Portuguese perfectly, in my opinion you cannot do better than Franscisco at Abbeygate Insurance.
