Older vehicle comprehensive insurance
Shelley from Abbeygate was able to offer me a very very good price on a comprehensive insurance for my 2011 vehicle. Service was just great. I highly recommend.

Great Service from Francisco Borba :-)
I was dealing with Francisco Borba, and he gave me great service overall! He was competent to supply me with the needed information very efficiently. He was able to support me very well in English. He supplied me all documentation in English which is exactly what I needed, and he provided what I felt was a great offer. Thanks Francisco! GREAT service!

I received my reminder to renew on…
I received my reminder to renew on Friday, on Monday Lindsey called to manage my renewal.
She was super efficient and had good news, the premium had not gone up!
I renewed.
Been a customer since I came to Portugal in 2019, always a good service, when I have needed help ,( breakdown, broken windshield) the help solving the issue has been excellent.
Would fully recommend.
Keep up the good work Lindsey.

The process was initiated by a phone…
The process was initiated by a phone call from Abbeygate reminding me that my policy was coming up for renewal.
The cost of the new premium was agreed along with a further phone call which would be made nearer the renewal date for credit card details to be taken.
I received the call two days before the renewal was due, made the payment and the new policy arrived via email later that afternoon.
All the above was dealt with by Sandra Rodrigues from Abbeygate, who I felt dealt with the whole process professionally and efficiently and in very friendly and pleasant manner. So thanks to her for making it a pleasing experience.

I have used Abbeygate Insurers since I moved to Portugal
I have used Abbeygate Insurers since moving to Portugal 4 years ago. They were so helpful at the start when I needed cover driving my UK car to Portugal before Brexit and I have continued with them ever since.
