This is truly the worst firm of solicitors I have ever had the misfortune of coming across.

Their communication is appalling. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t follow through with what they have said they were going to do. An example being that I have asked for their complaints policy more than 12 times in writing- they have ignored my emails. I have verbally asked for their complaints policy on the telephone twice- they tell you on the phone they are will do something and they don’t.

They emailed me an excerpt of their complaints process which clearly states that i need to request in writing to receive their policy- to which I responded stating I would like it sent through. Email ignored.

Furthermore, they were supposed to include my child in the order as instructed, they didn’t. Stated I then needed to go back to court for them to rectify what they should’ve done in the first place. Presumably their motivation behind this was to get more money. Either way, this didn’t even happen.

They have breached GDPR and provided confidential information to a third party which could have dangerous consequences- time will tell the damage this has done.

They were supposed to serve papers but did absolutely nothing to ascertain the address, and so papers weren’t served and the whole process of going to court was a complete waste of time.

This firm made an exceptionally horrific process significantly worse. I would avoid at all costs. I have raised a complaint with the legal ombudsman.
