Took delivery of a Cattelan sideboard for the dining room. Item was delivered by Mike and Matt who arrived at the stated time. Both were extremely courteous and friendly. They pieced together the furniture very efficiently. They also removed all of the packaging which is ideal.

Initially ordered a recliner sofa & two chairs from Abitare, Mike and Matt delivered furniture when they put it together we realised it was a static sofa. They rang Phil who agreed it was the wrong sofa and he ordered a replacement from Natuzzi. Our new sofa was delivered today again by Mike and Matt, such nice guys, friendly and very helpful we are very happy with our new furniture, thanks to Victoria too!

Received my sofa today. My apartment is in Manchester and Michael and Simon kept me up to date on the delivery time. Arrived at expected time and they managed to fit the sofa in the lift. Up to floor 10 and into the apartment. No problems at all. Very chatty friendly guys. Unpacked and assembled in no time at all. All packaging removed. Very pleased with the service Michael and Simon gave when delivering my sofa.

Just taken delivery of a Cattelan Italia table and chairs and bar stools which are absolutely beautiful.The delivery guys were fantastic theywent the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy with how they had set it up they are an absolute credit to Abitare. 10/10 ******

Mike and Matt delivered and assembled my new sofas from Abitare. The guys helped me set up the tv stand and rug out of their own good will. Lovely job. Would definitely buy again and would highly recommend. .

They have been fantastic to deal with and have provided a great service and advice. I dealt with Peter who has been so professional and helpful.
The delivery men Matt and Mike were also so professional they knew their job. Could not have done more for us after a long drive to Scoland. They took really good care of bringing the furniture into the house.
I would highly recommend this company on all fronts.

Had a delivery of a very heavy sofa today which had to negotiate a couple of narrow staircases in a listed building. Matt and Mike were both incredibly positive and careful about the whole process even though it was one of our surprise warmest days of the year! Having goods delivered to my top floor apartment has never been easy over the years and I am so glad that Abitare sent these two super guys along to carry out this challenging delivery. You could not ask for two more dedicated and professional guys. They even helped to move an old sofa out of the way which I did not expect but was immensely grateful for! Mike and Matt came to deliver my sofa. They were wonderful. Usually deliveries are a nightmare but not this one. They planned their route and knew exactly how to get the sofa in without damaging any walls and were very courteous and friendly. Wish they could deliver all my furniture! Thanks lads!

Highly recommend, amazing delivery service

Just had Mike and Matt deliver a bed for me, really friendly and courteous, even asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off entering my home. Very helpful letting me watch them construct the bed and talking me through it in case I need to move it myself in future. Super fast delivery and build, highly recommended.

Always a great experience with the store as the staff are knowledgable and super helpful, and delivery is always timely and super efficient and courteous. Special mentions for Megan for her superior interiors knowledge and Mike and Matt for their speedy and friendly delivery today.

Abitare (Elizabeth Mills ) Mike & Matt the delivery drivers. I was contacted to say they will be delivering the bed and other items within the hour. They arrived within 45min. Not bad.
The first question they asked me “would you like shoes off” I said no. Not many ask that question. The guys were very polite funny helpful respectfully and honest. They Went through the check lost. Which was all correct. They remover all the packaging. Secured my outer door. Awesome job thanks Abitare.
