We've used Able Surveyors twice in the last 6 months due to one of our houses falling through and both times they have been a pleasure to work with. GEtting a quote from them online is super easy, fast and automated. We got a date within a a fornight both times and there was never any issues with communication with the agents to arrange access.

The survey report was turned around quickly both times and is very thorough and easy to digest. The first time we had come questions which the surveyor was able to answer through a phone call.

Overall we had a great experience and would 100% use again and recommend to our friends / family.

A very swift and efficient process. The team at Able Surveyors communicated with me transparently during the process and were happy to address any follow-up queries I had.
