I tried a few times to register an ABN…
I tried a few times to register an ABN through the government website, however it kept telling me there was an error. So I decided to get some help, and ABNAustralia was great! I knew it would be easier to pay a small fee and get an expert to register my ABN, so then too I would know everything was correct. They don't make things easy on these government websites anymore. I will definitely use ABN Australia again to help with my business name regisration and anything else related.

I made an initial enquiry and got the information as requested. As a followup the head man contacted me and pointed me in the right direction. There was no hard sell, just good advice. The sort of guidance and professionalism you'd expect from professionals.
The fee structure seems affordable (for me presently) and I can see that I could grow into working with this crowd.

Didn't understand the term " effective from. "
Thought that was the date I started getting income. So, when I applied for a position which required ABN to be validated, I could not do this. I spent time ringing ABR to back date start date and then this took another 48 hours to go through the system. Too much time wasted on a simple mistake that I didn't understand.

Hi Keith. We completed the ABN registration order and registration date exactly as you instructed us to, so it does not seem fair to provide us with a negative review in this instance. Furthermore we did not receive any correspondence or request from you to assist with amending the registration date. If you had simply contacted us we could have assisted you with this correction and therefore avoided wasted time on your end.
