Essential at tax time
I use Etax every year and I’ve always had a great experience. Most years they’re able to increase my refund which makes it even more worth the small investment. I have a few things that make doing my tax a bit tricky on my own, so I really trust these guys to do the right thing by me as a customer. I recommend them to anyone who needs a bit of help at tax time.

I have found it pretty seamless doing my tax with Etax. They send you a reminder email throughout the year which I then load all my receipts on there ready for tax next year. If I have questions or don’t understand things they clarify with a registered accountant who usually gets back to you within 24 hours.

Great at finding deductions that I missed
I have used Etax for several years and have found them to be reliable and prompt in their preparation of my tax return. They have reliable access to my financials and have always been able to find information to increase my refunds from my estimates. Very pleased!

I have been using eTax for 18 years
I have been using eTax for the past 18 years and can highly recommend them. In all this time they have never let me down and are both rapid and efficient with their queries and requests.
Their service is professional and friendly, and, to my limited knowledge, they have maximised my refunds every year.
