The ordering online was simple but when I collected the items from the Redhill store both the young girl (behind the counter) and young man (in the yard) were incredibly helpful, engaging and friendly. They are both a credit to you! Im sorry I didn't get their names but keep up the great work!

I reordered some gravel and Katie was very helpful in getting it organised. I have always been pleased with the service I received from the Redhill Branch.

Fast delivery of goods at a great cost

product arrived quickly and on the day agreed. I was contacted about the drop off location and we agreed a convenient day for delivery and I was contacted a few minutes before the delivery.

Don't advertise items on their website and deliver another item

Had bought solar reflective paint from About Roofing some 5/6 years ago (for garage and extension flat roof) so knew the product was OK. Easy to order and they were quick to deliver by courier. Delivery charge applies but it helps to order a sensible quantity - I bought 2x 5litre cans to finish off
current job and have some for next time. Will always consider this Co. for roofing needs.

Goods were very well packaged but delivery day was completely wrong leading me to be home when delivery was rescheduled late evening for the next day. Big 5 stars for product but no stars for late delivery without apology. Will use this company again but remain wary about deliveries. I am trade.

Worth a call when your looking round

My wife waited in all day specifically for the delivery only to be called at 5pm to be told the delivery couldn’t be made.

They didn’t even bother trying, just said they’d checked the maps and the lorry wouldn’t have fitted. How about you at least offer to drop the pallet 20 meters away? Instead of cancelling delivery at the end of the day? People have lives and can’t be waiting on your 7am-7pm time slots only for you to not show up.
