I was really impressed by the delivery…
I was really impressed by the delivery driver, DD, who went above the call of duty to get the 5 tons of gravel delivered through a very narrow lane. Any other driver would have turned back but he was extremely patient and professional. I hope he gets to see this.

Gutter brackets competitively priced from a good quality manufacturer. Sensible delivery charge considering value of goods. Minor problem at haulier which delayed delivery by one day. Brackets now fixed. Gutters reinstalled. Job done.

Advertised 125mm union clips and sent…
Advertised 125mm union clips and sent 117mm,phoned up to be told we dont supply 125mm!!! What made it worse was the attitude of guy on phone,tried telling me they wouldn't refund postage but in the end said,oh well it's only a tenner,its nothing to us we will refund and u keep the clips,said clips are in recycling bin.
