Nearly bought, then I checked them out on here, how come they are still allowed to trade?

Paid for a portable aircon unit, no confirmation or order, phone number is false, no response to email or online form for queries. Website looks authentic but beware, this is a SCAM. Payment goes through to Timberecords Ploemeur France. Avoid at all costs.

Contact number does not exist, email address or contact form do not respond and the company address is clearly a fake address as links to a terraced house in Oldham. No confirmation email received either, and no items delivered.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

SCAM!! Wish I had read the reviews beforehand...I usually only pay through PayPal for this exact reason, but the purchase page took me to Onelink which I have used in the past, so I stupidly trusted it. The payment was taken directly from my bank account, but no purchase confirmation was ever received. That's when I got suspicious and came across the other negative TrustPilot reviews saying that this company is a scam, and also operates under other names!!

Unfortunately the payment is pending on my bank account and I am unable to dispute it until it has fully cleared, which could take god knows how long (google says up to 5 working days for Natwest). In the meantime I have screenshot the payment confirmation, website itself, contact information, the address (which looks to be a terrace house in Oldham), etc just in case the website gets taken down. I'm hoping all of this evidence will be enough to claim my money back, but since I paid with a debit card I haven't got much hope.

The payment says it was sent to "Angelico" which doesn't seem to come up with anything online. I'm not sure if that is somebody's name (a personal account) or a company. But either way it doesn't seem to exist from what I can find online.

I'VE STARTED DESPUTE WITH BANK.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY NO MATTER HOW HOT THE WEATHER GETS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN AIRCON UNIT

Exactly the same as other review. No order acknowledgement phone number invalid no response from contact us or email. Waiting for the email to be 14days before starting charged back.... #ank%ers

Total scam, no order acknowledgement, no goods, not possible to contact the company. Contacting bank.
