It was a wonderful experience. I learned a lot from the programs especially from a workshop I attended recently in NYC on tonic herbs and food. I not only apply what I have learned to my Chinese medicine practice, but I also incorporate them into my everyday practice and routines.

I’ve really loved studying with the academy. The teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced and the team, teachers and students create a really beautiful space to learn and to make really significant changes on your health journey. I personally feel more tuned in with my body and while studying with the academy I’ve been adapting a totally different view of food and nutrition that feels really empowering. It was so fascinating and motivating to learn new things in the monthly classes. I’m excited to keep attending open lectures and keep learning with the academy.

The course was worth every investment of time and money. I learnt so many valuable wellness lessons that were not just insightful but easily applicable. I began to see immediate results applying the lessons and I am now better equipped to support people around to achieve their wellness goals in a stride.

I especially loved the AMAZING resources on the platform available to absorb at our own pace. Finding the right coaching program was really important to me because I wanted to make sure I got a quality education out of my investment. Many other programs I saw offered appealing credentials but their program format, material, lack of hands-on learning and teacher connection really deterred me.

I chose AHN because I felt the material and program was very well thought-out, offering unique time-tested wisdom (that can’t be Googled). I’m happy to say I received that and more.

The material is unique in that you won’t find teachers that have the time-tested wisdom that the AHN teachers do. Their experience and wealth of knowledge and even intuition is something you won’t find in other programs that throw material at you and say “good luck.”

On top of that, the program offered live teacher trainings (where you can ask questions and discuss with the class), 1:1 mentor sessions with teachers, and a plethora of ways to connect with your classmates.

I have left this program completely changed with a newfound love for cooking, a deep understanding of food and energetics, as well as a personal philosophy about the world, our bodies, and the elements we consume that I have integrated into my lifestyle and approach to life. I feel I now have a timeless “toolkit” when it comes to wellness and holistic living that no one else has and that others seek me out to learn from.

This program has truly changed my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I can only ever say beautifully positive things about The Academy! The wisdom gained, the community, the support along the way, it has all been profoundly life changing. Studying with the Academy has completely transformed my outlook on life, for the rest of my life. The learnings are everything I could have ever dreamt of, teaching me everything I did not know I needed to know, and more. Answering every question I’ve ever had about nature, the meaning of life, and how to live it to the fullest. To say I feel fulfillment and unconditional love as a result of my learnings might even be an understatement.

Truly a life-changing and eye-opening experience

At the beginning, before the course, I was a just a young man mostly clueless and ignorant about the food I eat. I was sceptical at first, as I didn’t know much about nutrition and I wasn’t sure if I would keep up.

During this one year long journey I’ve received an overwhelming amount of life changing wisdom and I could not be more grateful for taking the step in this direction.

This course truly opened my eyes, shifted the course of my life and set me on my healing path.

This course has given me tools to understand my body and mind through ancient wisdom of nutrition, holistic and grounding practices of TCM, Ayurveda and others.

The modules were very interesting, informative and led by a team of experts in the field. Together with many live lectures, live cook alongs and regular mentor meetings, this course represents an amazing introduction to healing through mind-body-soul connection, using food, ancient natural remedies and principles from all over the world.

I’ve received a lot of materials and in depth information, that can help me set up a holistic business, become a Holistic Health Practitioner and spread this knowledge further.

As a student, throughout the whole year I’ve been supported and well taken care of by an amazing AHN team. During the course we’ve built a beautiful community of people, who wish to heal themselves, others and make a world a better place.

My year journey with wellness and nutrition through joining academy has been life changing and eye opening. It has given me so many resources and ideas on how to navigate burnout in daily life. AHN will challenge what you think you know about nutrition and open your mind to a whole new school of thought. You will learn to reconnect your mind, body and spirit. I think about this today and wonder how I could've ever seen these as three separate entities.
