I had a transformative year studying with AHN. I found the program to be very well-rounded, as it included TCM and Ayurveda teachings, as well cooking modules, a holistic business module, and mentorship. The teachers and community were incredibly lovely and supportive. I would have loved to have had more support and mentorship towards the end of the course as we were practicing coaching.

A huge thank you to all of my mentors at the Academy. I am so grateful for your support and guidance. I will cherish everything forever.

In finding this course - I found myself. It provided me with the space to engage with my sense of self, my body, and most importantly my relationship with food.

The Academy of Healing Nutrition was one of the most eye opening and inspiring years of my life. The faculty are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and I felt so honoured to learn from them. The amount of study material you have life long access to is huge which is incredible if it is a career you wish to pursue. The interactive Live lectures, cookalongs, study group gatherings were all made so enjoyable and very much an ease off the pressure on the academic side.
Definitely recommend.

I was looking for specific nutrition program related to TCM as I already practice that in my work , I found alot of information and friendly service from the academy theyare helpful abd as I am not free I can review my modules anytime and anywhere

This one year course with AHN was truely life changing for me. The curriculum is very informative, well organised, eye opening, with hands on cooking classes. Based on Ayurveda, TCM, and Longevity diet.

The Academy provides a great course. It's exactly what the other nutrition courses are missing with the holistic approach, including the combination of ancient traditions. Inga, Roger, and Eden are all very knowledgeable, clear in their teaching style, and provide additional in-depth content to their modules.

The reason I am only giving three stars for the course is that two modules, arguably two of the more important modules on TCM and Ayurveda, lacked a lot in organisation, clarity, and depth.

Unfortunately, the module on TCM didn't add much value besides the text provided. The instructor used the workbook to read off of during the weekend lecture, so the information was lacking. I feel there is so much more we could have learnt if his instructions had elaborated beyond the workbook.

As for the module on Ayurveda, the course lacked structure and content. Many of us are very new to the concept of Ayurveda. So, basing the lecture on questions asked by the students made it so that there was no apparent purpose to the instructions. The module lacked depth due to the students' limited ability to ask thoughtful questions on a subject they knew so little about.

I would be hesitant to recommend the course to potential students because of these two critical factors. Otherwise, the course would have been very well done.

Academy Healing Nutrition has been a door to a new avenue of life for me. It has deepened my intuition and my years of cultivating knowledge on holistic well-being and given me roots in the profound ancestral ways in which healing can begin and be maintained throughout our lives. I am so thankful I felt the strong pull towards enrolling and for everyone that helped me along the way. The team is very dedicated and diverse and passionate about what they teach and I am so grateful for my time here as well as continuing to be apart of their network as an alumni.

My Healing Journey started with the need to expand my knowledge in Ayurveda and its' effect as a healing process when applying it's principles for preparing nutritious meals. After learning more about the curriculum offered by AHN, I knew this was to perfect platform to begin my healing journey - I am left in awe and continue to be amazed by the understanding of the Human body and the effects of nutrition in the human system. AHN has unearthed the Healer in me!

A brilliant course for anyone looking to learn more about the power of food and good health.

In a world of carb this, protein that, science says this, two weeks later something else. The academy draws upon wisdom passed down through generations to provide the best holistic view of nutrition I’ve come across. I learnt so much ranging from gut health, to circadian rhythms and food/energy timing which I apply daily. The course really teaches you how to make great choices for your health or clients health if you are a professional.

The training team are brilliant, packed with knowledge, friendly and helpful. If you’re sitting on the fence whether it’s just for yourself and you’re family or you’re a professional I’d say go for it, it’s worth both the money and the time to learn what has largely been forgotten by the modern world and will enrich the rest of your life.
